Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet cup-de-sac, close to main tourist strip yet quiet. Lovely staff, so warm and always smiling. Fun to walk out to the local market just so close by. There’s a lovely bistro Petite du Verdot round the corner serving home style cooking with such a personal touch. There was a useful kettle and tea and coffee sachets in room. Wifi worked all the time. Definitely return to stay next time.

Supposedly a heritage property, the rooms were small but clean and well laid out. Its a little more far for a walk to Arc de Triomphe. Have good eating options around. Can look for more properties in the same price closer to landmarks.

I've been staying at this hotel when in Paris for about the past 10 years or so. The location is excellent, close to shops, good restaurants, public transport and the Marche Poncelet. It's in a quiet little square, so there is no traffic noise. Value for money, given Paris hotel prices, is excellent. As a long time regular client, the staff all recognize me and I tend to get a little spoiled which is nice. The star rating is actually given by the government not the hotel itself, if it was elsewhere I would call it a 3 star, it's simple, without pretention and you'd really have a difficult time finding a better deal in Paris when you take into account where it is and what the prices are like.

Cosy hotel in the heart of Paris”
the only bad thing about this trip was that we paid for triple room - a double bed for me and my wife and a single bed for our 5-years old son. plus free baby cot, because we have a 9-months old baby. but unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding between agoda and the hotel administration and we got a double room instead of a triple room and the hotel refused to pay us back the difference between a double room and a triple room, explaining us that this is not their mistake.

Bad Start”
The Hotel location is very good it is 10/15 min. walk to Place Charles-de-Gaulle which the start of Av. des Champs Elysées. However, Taxi Access is difficult. Also, a lot of nearby company employees smokes outdoor all the day. They also start early in the morning collecting packages. This creates a lot of noise. Rooms are small with nice decoration. Bathroom is small with basic setup.TV is too small & located in bad location on the table. A/C did not work and the management refused to switch it on since weather changes rapidly at this time of year. It was too hot in the room at mid of the day. and, safe-box was broken. No Wifi in the Rooms. It is only in the lobby. Small lobby and many people are there to use wifi. No bellboy. No concierge services. Nice Staff and they try to help but always busy since 1 employee in the reception.

the negative side about our stay is that our room was on the basement floor which must be close to staff room or canteen, each morning of our stay we were woken up by staff members shouting at eachother as they started work,, was very annoying as it was a holiday and we had to be woken up early each morning by these inconsiderate staff members

it was good no problems staff good, the fresh food market daily 2 mins walk was great for breakfast and a bar close by was friendly with a less selection of beers but nice anyway, left my Asia money on the wall of the bar which they haven't got yet.

would not recommend”
terrible no wifi + no air conditioning they were 'kind enough', to give me a fan (!), to cover up their air conditioner problem moved to a one street away hotel the following day, for 40Euro less per night with all working fine

Clear, good location... i think it will be better if all of staff can speak a little English....., and a little expensive....
