Property policies

Please note that the villa is located on the hilltop and we strongly recommend that the guests hire a powerful vehicle to drive up the tarred road. The villa is cleaned weekly Bed linen is changed twice weekly. Towels provided for indoor use and pool use only Electricity is not included and is billed separately based on actual usage as is normal in rental villas in Thailand. The meter is read on arrival and departure and is charged at THB 7 per kWH unit. Rounded off to the nearest 100. We require a THB 3000 holding deposit payable in cash on check in for the electricity consumption. On check out date, the villa manager will calculate the actual consumption and either refund you the balance or you pay in to cover the full amount payable. We also require a THB 3000 holding security deposit payable in THB cash when checking in please. Guests is required to sign the accidental damage policy document as presented on arrival. Airport transfer services not included in the rates but it can be arranged on guest request. THB 1000 each way for max 8 guests. If your luggage items are too large for the airport shuttle minibus, extra charges applies and an additional vehicle is required to transport the luggage to the villa. Please contact the host to book the transport service 48 hours prior to check in. We cannot predict construction plans in the estate and unfortunately have no direct control over the construction noise.
