The villa is a modern luxury villa designed for the comfort of the owner or guest alike.
The villa is built in a contemporary Thai style with floor to ceiling glass. Doors from each of the rooms slide back to allow direct access to the large terrace, 5x11 meter Pure Water Pool (no chlorine) and garden beyond.
The villa is detached and set in a totally private, walled garden with its own entrance and parking area.
The living area is elegantly furnished, open plan and has high vaulted ceilings to give an even greater feeling of space and serenity. There is a 55" 3D television with full surround and multi zone speaker system. Each of the spacious bedrooms is also equipped with led TVs and a play station 2 for the children in bedroom 2.
Ban Tai is a quiet little suburb bit it is only minutes away from Nathon, the main town of Koh Samui and Maenam, a characterful one time fishing village with its lovely Temple.
The location makes Ban Tai and ideal holiday destination for those seeking something a little more tranquil.
Ban Tai is surrounded by a series of small and longer sandy bays that run from the western-most point of Mae Nam through to the north-west corner of Koh Samui, a peaceful part of the island.
The villa is located only 300 meters from Ban Tai beach, a long stretch of white sand with stunning views over to Koh Phangnan. There are areas with good swimming waters and others with more coral. As with its neighbouring Bang Por, the beach offers a number of very good Thai restaurants where you can dine in a beautiful setting.

Along the main road on the way to either Maenam or Bang Por, there are a few spas offering a range of treatments including whole detox programs, yoga sessions as well as massage treatments. The whole area enjoys an atmosphere of rest and relaxation, and a holiday in Ban Tai could represent a complete detoxification of the spirit.

However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit + 7% tax. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day. This is not a hotel, but a private villa for your group only. Therefore, I will need to meet you there with the key to let you in. Please provide me with the EXACT time to meet you at the villa. A security deposit of 15,000 THB will be required at check-in and will be refunded at check out. Any currency is fine. A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.
