Had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The interior is quite dated but comfy and clean. Staff is polite and nice; everyone was willing to help. Water pressure in the shower is strong and wifi is of decent speed. A small complaint is how inconvenient their check-in and check-out process is with a bit of back and forth due to the security deposit. Overall a wonderful stay here!

Located at the very busy yet satisfying streets of magsaysay! Near restaurants and good food. Room advertised was excatly the same room we got so i was happy and thrilled. What i dont like thou is their policy of food being brought to your room and you will be charge for that. I like the way that they promote their own resto but what if people have preference on food. Am i not allowed to eat fastfood and get charge for eating inside my room? Thats the only downside. So i ended up walking and eating at nearby mcdo! Room is clean, aircon not perfectly located as it was placed on top of the working station. It could have been place to a better location instead. Cable tv is not working so ended up using wifi which is strong!

I’ve stayed at this hotel for a total of three times now. I must say I did have an issue with a payment that could definitely affect my review, however I am a nice person and I will not mention someone’s mistake. The facility itself is really nice and the rooms we stayed in are always great. However I did notice some of the rooms need to be upgraded as they were not all the same every time we stayed. Amenities are great the pool is really nice and the breakfast is amazing. If you’re a Naga I would recommend this hotel.

Was surprised checking in at Villa Caceres. Rate was good with free buffet breakfast. Room was very clean and very nice. The ambience of the entire hotel is like. 4-5 star hotel. Furnishings looked antiques to me and classy. Overall, was so impressed with the hotel and services.

We like our stay in Villa Caceres, the staff are great, they always attended our needs . The facilities are great, they have hot and cold shower. They have pool/jacuzzi and sauna. The only downside was, the wi-fi connection in our area always dropped. But overall experience, it was superb.

We enjoyed our stay. I had one of the best comfortable sleeps after non stop working schedules. I felt relaxed waking up and would rather stay in bed than explore around. If you would like a rest away from work and stress I highly recommend a staycation! Breakfast Buffet was great too.

Great location. Accessible to good restaurants including Rolando's inside the hotel. Walking distance to Jesse Robredo Museum. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. Lots of food choices. Servers are very attentive. Hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. Always ready to assist. Altho the hotel shows its age, it is still clean and comfortable. Toiletries, water and coffee are replenished everyday. Towels can be replaced upon request. We had an enjoyable 4 nights stay in Villa Caceres Hotel which contributed to our overall enjoyment in Naga.

Dated rooms, but still one of the best in Naga”
There are many good things to say about Villa Caceres: central location, excellent staff, large rooms, good breakfast, fine gym and one of the few hotels in Naga with a pool. The downside is the condition of the rooms. I first stayed in this hotel over 10 years ago, and the rooms were already outdated then. Now they are in dire need of a total renovation: cracked and moldy tiles, creaking floorboards, leaky faucets, handles that come off. I hope they start this job soon.

Was very impressed with all aspects of this hotel, from a speedy check in, all staff members we came in to contact with were polite and extremely helpful. The room exceeded our expectations, RJ’s Buffet was excellent as was the Bistro Bar that also has entertainment. Within easy walking distance of the hotel are numerous other bars and restaurants. Water pressure was good, and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate, with egg bar. Bedroom carpet was worn and will soon require replacing is the only mildly negative comment I would make!

The employees greet you every time they see you. The front desk is nice and polite. They only provided one keycard so I had to ask for one more for my companion. The standard double room looks small but it's clean. The pool and shower area looks clean. It's open until 11 pm which is nice. The breakfast in RJ's Buffet is delicious and you'll have a lot of choices. During check-in, prepare 1k for a certain fee that will be given back to you when you check out. Overall experience is nice.
