Great holiday hotel in Italy.”

Great location, modern look of the room, Great beds. Clean and no bedbugs found. Very friendly personel.
There was no restaurant at the hotel itself. There is also a Child daycare which make quite some noise early on. Although it is closed during de italien holiday period.

Great place with amazing e-bike opportunities”

Great guided biking tour, nice way to see the neighbourhood and the bikes were very well maintained. Also got to hear alot about the history of the area and see some churches. Top floor terrace was amazing with a view over nearby cities and hills. The city center is in a walking distance with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Reception at Villa is super helpful and wine produced at the Villa is worth tasting. We would definitely recommend the place if you&#39;re looking for a quiet weekend to spend near the nature with great food experiences. Thanks again to the staff!

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and parking was good. Very nice scenery from the rooftop and surrounding areas.
The only thing we didn&#39;t like is that the restaurant at the hotel was not fully functioning. But we realise it is a new hotel.

The air conditioning didn&#39;t work. Nursery underneath our window meant that we were woken up by noisy children early in the morning. No breakfast options and no in room facilities to make yourself a drink. Just vending machines. Bed was very uncomfortable - too hard. The Wi-Fi didn&#39;t work.

No fue facil encontrar el hotel ya que era denoche y el GPS me indicaba un punto incorrecto. No hay senalizacion para el hotel. El personal del hotel muy amable, me mando la hubicacion a whatsapp y lo pude encontrar sin problemas.
No habia herbidora de agua en la habiatation para hacer un te o un cafe por la noche&#47;manana.

Le personnel a été très serviable, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très bien. Dans la salle de bain nous avons tout ce qui est indispensable en savon, shampoing, etc...
nous avons été très déçus par le petit-déjeuner. En effet nous avons dû traverser un parc immense, très loin de la villa Cavalletti, à l’extérieur du parc qui est très grand. Aucune pancarte n&#39;indiquait où se prenait le petit-déjeuner, c&#39;est le réceptionniste de l’hôtel qui nous a emmené hors de l&#39;enceinte du parc, nous sommes sortis par une petite porte sur la rue, très passante, et nous sommes dirigés vers l’hôtel , en face, et il nous a été servi un petit-déjeuner ne valant pas du tout les 10€ que nous avons payés par personne.

sehr schicke moderne Zimmer, sehr sauber (ausser Balkon), ruhige Lage, genügend Parkplätze, es war ein kleines Frühstück möglich, Klimaanlage
kein Restaurant, keine Möbel auf dem Balkon, irgendwie war noch nicht alles fertig, ohne Fahrzeug nicht empfehlenswert, weite Wege zum nächsten Restaurant

Tolle Lage und sehr ruhig mitten im betriebsamem Italien um Ferragosto.
Zu Fuß rund um die Villa gehen ist leider gefährlich wegen der Autofahrer*innen und weil es kaum Gehsteige oder Wege gibt.

Komplizierte Vorgehensweise bei Buchung und Einchecken”

Insgesamt war alles soweit okay und man kann diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr hilfreich war die Möglichkeit, während eines mehrtägigen Abstechers nach Rom einige Einkäufe deponieren zu können.
Wir wurden leider unmittelbar nach der Buchung und auch bei der Ankunft mit auszufüllenden Formularen überhäuft, die noch dazu in kaum zu verstehendem Verwaltungs-Italienisch verfasst waren. Letzten Endes konnte man nur erahnen, was man dort unterschrieb. Wahrscheinlich hatte das alles in Corona-Zeiten wohl formal seine Richtigkeit und Notwendigkeit, aber keine andere Unterkunft in drei Wochen Urlaub hat auch nur ansatzweise ähnlichen Aufwand verursacht.

Pensavamo che avremmo pernottato nella bellissima villa che si vede nelle foto. In realtà le camere sono allocate in una struttura moderna li vicino, struttura dove ci sono anche delle scuole ! Un po&#39; deludente ....

La camera spaziosa e molto confortevole, pulitissima. Personale gentile e disponibile, bagno modernissimo. Parcheggio custodito. Bella la tenuta agricola in cui poter passeggiare liberamente. Bisogna avere la macchina a disposizione perché è lontano (a piedi) sia dal centro di Grottaferrata che dal centro di Frascati
La colazione è il tasto dolente: era a disposizione solo un piccolo bar che alle 9.30 non aveva a disposizione quasi nulla a causa di un evento che si sarebbe svolto nella struttura. Siamo rimasti molto dispiaciuti
