The location here is excellent and the staff was friendly. The room was decent and the shower and bathroom is great, but it's not the nicest room you could stay in. Since the rooms in Macau are pretty expensive, this is a good deal for the city.

Value for Money - good place for budget friendly tour. The room is quite big. Also the shower room. Close to bus terminal (7 mins from outer harbor) Location - Very accessible and close to tourist places Cleanliness - Room and bathroom are clean as well as beddings and towels although the stairs are dirty Staff - Both staff hardly speak english Facilities - overall is good. One observation though is that is is being used also as Love Motel or per hour rate hotel for local couples.

a very bad "first impression", you call this a villa??? lousy interior design old, everything is old, litteraly everything lady at the desk can only speak Cantonese, she doesn't even speak Mandarin bad power supply, only two power holes and it doesn't function properly located on second floor with no lift, not handicap friendly, staircase quite small bed is extremely DIRTY very noisy place, in the midnight you still hear noises from trucks rolling through the city have spiders as roommates way too expensive for a place so lousy I would never return here, ever

It is easy to find, near restaurants and shopping. It is on second floor and there is no lift. The rooms are small, tv is really old, but the room was clean and had air-conditioning. Staff did not speak English but were as helpful as they could be.

Place quite clean and the staff quite friendly, but the round bed was a disaster for us tall people, tiny window with filthy "backdoor view" and super noisy running water, the price doubled bcs of bank holiday weekend. Wont stay again, didnt get much rest

There is language barrier, the receptionist dont understand the guests and vice versa, not accommodating, and the rate is too expensive for the kind of facilities (very poor) they have. Recommended to Agoda to screen the facilities/properties they will put on website.Villa Acosta poor review will affect Agoda services

Worst hotel booking of my life”
I don’t even understand why this is on Agoda, it’s not even worth half the price they charge for a night. It’s charge by hour love motel, with disgusting sheets, tiny rooms with tiny beds. Even the staff can’t speak a word of English. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Jackhammering at 9am in the morning ,we asked staff if she can go upstair and tell them about it,she said no can do,not even trying . Second day the same stuff happened again. Third day,they changed a room for us , but got a broken bed ,when showing the staff the broken bed,she heard I got a lot of coins in my bag,she asked me about it ,I showed her ,then she took my money away without asking .But the location is great ! 25-27Macau dollars to casino!

The place is fine but the person in charge collected more than the amnt we agreed. We exceeded 4 hrs and she locked the main door so that we cant go out. She keeps on asking 200 pataca. She keeps on mumbling in cantonese. So damn! She knows we dont understand her language but she still keeps on talking. Terrible experienced!

Central location, but being on the second floor and having basically no soundproofing meant I didnt sleep a wink the entire night. I'm used to back backing and sleeping in hostels, but this was an awful experience, noisy, mosquitos, and very dirty mattress and towels. I would highly recommend splurging a bit more and getting a decent hotel.
