Stayed there for 3 days 2 nights. -The facilities is good, the swimming pool water is clean and the surrounding is properly manage with no rubbish on sight. -The security is also good, you are required to gave a access card in order to gain access to the lift -The cleanliness of the unit is good, the only dusty place is near the corner of the window frame, other place inside the unit is very clean. -The ceiling fan seems to be spoiled when I visit there, but I dosent matter since the unit is fully air conditioned. -The only thing I dont like is the parking lot, during the day u wont realize anything. But during the night, the parking lot is super dark and there is no lights at the parking area (maybe its spoiled) Generally, it is worth for the amount of money if you are looking for a place to overnight comfortably and are visiting in groups.

Staff are not answering my call and keep us waiting for almost 1 hour. He did said his sorry to us and I have accepted his apology.

Clean apartment with affordable rate and close to the business trip venue. It's also close to one of the major shopping mall - Queensbay Mall.

The apartment is near shopping centre and restaurants. A car park lot is provided. It is convenient for us as we attended graduation ceremony in USM.

Well, basically this is not a hotel. This is a fully furnish empty lot of a local apartment, where local community actually stay there. Three rooms in the apartment, enough for eight person. Basically no check in or check out. Agoda actually called me to pass me the phone number of a staff, get me to call & meet him somewhere then he led me to the apartment. Basically no serviceat all, but you dont need it either. but it is really good value of money if u are in a big group and you just want a place to shower and sleep.

Feel so so, bed is okay but it's quite dirty in its toilet. Coz of it, don't know how to take a shower there. Actually at that night , there are too many people in Penang, we just decided to go there on that day. It's very hard to find a room to stay. So even don't want to live there , but had to live there , coz it was the last room on that night in Penang. We prefer to live another hotel even more expensive.
