Clean and Beautiful ”
Venus L 5/5 4 days ago on Google We stayed for two nights in this Villa. We had a good deal staying in one of their bungalows. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Very clean, perfect to wait for the sunset and the Gunung Agung at the side. I am very particular with the toilet and it pleases me to see the care they put in. The pool is clean too. The ambience of the place is so calming. The horse carriage arrived quickly as what we have expected when we have asked for it to send us to the port. The bike is also a good deal. Grateful for the stay. We wish to go back again, stay longer,and just have a good time in your Villa.

The place is well-organized and super clean. Air conditioner works fine, hot water is available at any time, water is free, sunset spot is right outside there. The bike was also available for free. I would like to stay again if I visit again.

Really nice place to stay and enjoy sunset. Marie was extremely helpful. Hotel provides bicycles for free to go around the island. Property staff was very helpful and would cook meal on a short notice. Well maintained pool or lobby lounge area. Convenience tores nearby. We had a great time in this villa ! To be honnest after we cycled around the island we think that it was one of the prettiest hotel there. The swimming pool is great, the room is like the pictures and everything is clean. The staff are really nice and especially Ayati who even helped to send me back something important that I left in the room after coming back to Bali. She even paid the courier first so I can pay her back later. Thank you for everything !

Villa Gili BALI Beach locates in Gili Trawangan Island. Lombik West Nusa Tenggara. Dont be confused with Bali. It is not really difficult to reach this hotel by plane from your national or international flight to Lombok then transfer by car to the nearest boat crossing to Gili Trawangan Island that will take you about 45 minutes drive. Then from the boat crossing point will take you about 20 minutes sail to Gili Trawangan. Remember its a traditiinal boat crossing point. Not a ferry terminal or ferry port. It is really traditiony point using speed boats. The transfer coast from airport to the boat crossing point is about IDR 250.000-300.000 depending on your luck to bargain at the airport. While the speed boat cost is about IDR 300.000. One thing to note oa that there is no taxi service or motor sercive at the island. The only service available at the island is Horse car riding that will take you to Villa Gili Bali Beach. The cost is IDR 150.000. It is a fixed cost so no bargain. It is operated by the local organuzed cooperative. The cost of horse riding is the same for long or short trip. The horse car can take up to 4 persons on a ride depending on your weight of course. My family and I were 4 adults with average wiegt of 80 Kgs and a child aged 8. We took.only.one horse car. Villa Gili Bali Beach is located about 20 minutes range to the local most vivis area where u can find delucious grilled fish, lobster, squid and etc. An average size of grilled fish for two persons cost about IDR 150.000. We bargained until IDR 130.000. The bargain depends on your luck on busy days and quite days. Hotel room.is OK. I bookrd a family private Villa for four persons although we were 5. The wifi was OK, the room and private pool waS OK. Only the TV in the room was not working. May be bcause of pandemy and the owner have not resubscribed for the cable TV yet. Definitely not worth the money, stay somewhere else”
This place had the feel of something good a number of years ago but through mismanagement and ageing of assets, without sufficient replacement, the place was pretty run down and for 2.4million rupiah, it was a poor use of money. We chose this accommodation because we were keen to stay on / very close to the beach, so we booked the beach bungalow. Upon arrival they said that they “upgraded up to the sunset room because the beach bungalow was unavailable”. There isn’t enough characters to provide details on everything so here is a quick list: - the main building paint was peeled off - the initial towel we were given was stained and was damp. We requested 3 new towels all were stained - the table cloths were stained and held to the table with pegs - the bean bags were ripped and stained - the sunbed covers were sun faded and didn’t fit properly - the edge of the pool has a grimy outline - someone was cleaning the floor near us while we ate The list goes on..

We do understand that you do not keep a good memory as you stayed only a day at the villa and a storm has just hit Indonesia during your stay. The storm has damaged the villa and its painting that has been redone since, that is the reason why our manager was absent to find quick solutions to fix those issues. It made our laundry really wet and humide with no time to dry. We do also hold our tablecloths with pegs because of the wind. your best option in GILI TK island”
Firstly we are lucky to get the second floor room which they call it sunset room, with entire floor available for us , which is huge with marvelous sea-view , we really love it staying there having Ruby as the host, he is so nice and helpful and kind, with this side of the beach, not much bars or restaurant so you can really enjoy the quietness of the island , GILI TK island is a place for diving and surfing , i had tried my very first diving here and i already love it , i will be back soon

Beautiful property, small villa with 5 rooms. We got the only suite on the second floor, which is very spacious and with a large balcony overlooking the sunset. Staff very friendly. Only thing I did not enjoy is the side of the island with a coral beach which does not allow any swimming, not suitable for my little one.

Simply outstanding. Best place we've stayed in on our travels. People actually stopped to take pictures of the place!The villa is something really special with the added bonus of being 20 metres away from the beach. It is on the quieter side of the island with some great restaurants, but it's only a 20 minute walk to the other side where a lot more is happening. Alain is a great host and the team we're incredible helpful with anything you needed. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect setting for a vacation villa but poor crew and services”
We paid for 3 nights stay at SV2 for 3 adults. Prior on our arrival, we confirmed with Alian that the room is comfortably fits 3 adults. We were happily welcomed by Rudy upon arrival. The view is awesome. The pool is superb and great sun tan place. The breakfast is decent. The customers next door are superbly friendly. However, after the first night stayed, we requested extra mattress on the concrete slab by the window due to the mattresses used are the sun tanning thin mattress. Rudy responded that the villa has no enough mattress to add on our request but in fact, they have extra mattresses for sun tanning benches outdoor and indoor. That’s alright then, just try to deal with for few more couple of nights. The next thing we requested was the help on arranging airport transfer from door to door. Rudy replied he charges over 1mil Rupiah from arranging horse carrier from villa to jetty harbour, boat tix and bus tix to airport. That’s ridiculous as we saw a few shops offered 150k-250k Rupiah - which gonna be our option. Too much disappointments from this villa despite good reviews rated by the previous customers. Not recommended for my friends.

We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. About mattresses, I think there was misunderstanding. The mattresses on extra beds are a little bit firm. Our manager told you there was no other bed mattress but you could use the pool mattress. Following your comment, we bought softer bed mattresses. Regarding the transfer to the airport, you can't compare the price of a private boat and private taxi with public boat and bus transport and your price is a price per person and not for 2. Transfer from the villa to Lombok for 150K-250K is impossible: price for a horse cart from the villa to the port is 150K IDR! we were warmly greeted by the staff when we reached. Rudy was also very helpful and took care of us throughout our stay. The place was also not far from the ombak sunset swing. The owner who also stayed there is very warm and friendly. They even gave us a complimentary dinner cooked by rudy himself and the food was soo delicious! Overall, our stay was nothing short of amazing. And i will definately recommend this place to my friends and family..
