Spectacular view paired with their excellent 'bundle' meals!!! We booked 2 rooms, the Cute room and the XOXO room which comes with its very own veranda, (highest part of the place) that offers an unobstructed view of the entire lake and mountainside! Service was great, special mention to waiter Erick, service staff Rizaly, front desk Michelle and duty manager Mads! We've been here twice, for lunch and for an overnight staycation. Both occasions left us a wonderful impression of their food (the food is soo good and reasonably priced!), service with TLC and a smile, and amenities (clean, clean, clean) whether it be just a quick getaway for me and my husband or an out of town weekend trip with our kids making a lasting memory of a simple family celebration, a two thumbs up!

Our stay in this hotel was good. The room was spacious for a family of four with 2 teens. Its location is ideal too if you intend to go to pinks sisters, our lady of lourdes parish, sky ranch, orlino's museum and puzzle museum and other nice restos. The prize is reasonable/affordable for a family of 4, almost 30% lower compared with other hotels with same facilities. Other hotels do not offer rooms for a family which means i needed to get 2 rooms for us. We're lucky we booked this room so I was able to save around 7k. I should have discovered this place long time ago.

This was the first staycation my husband and I had after a very long while since the pandemic. We booked a room in Villa Ibarra which they used to have as a bridal room. It's a unit detached from the building and sits on the side of the cliff. If you look through the window, all you can see were thick crowns of trees and bushes down below. You will really feel like you're immersed in nature. It was also overlooking Taal Volcano, we kept the blinds open so we can wake up to its view in the morning. I was also excited because the room had a bath tub. We biked for hours in the morning so a soak in a tub of warm water in the evening helped to ease our sore muscles. I like how the place is quiet as it seemed that we're the only guests checked-in. We haven't seen anyone else when we had breakfast the following morning. Speaking of breakfast, served a delicious, well-presented meal - and it's a part of the package! The staff were also attentive and polite. I would recommend this to my friends. I have actually been wanting to book a room here since we attended a wedding reception in this same place more than a DECADE ago and I was not disappointed when I finally did. I'd say that it was worth the wait.

It was fun staying at Villa Ibarra. Ambience, staff, food, everything is nice. Just one thing I want to comment on is the check in time. We were told check in is after 2 pm. We arrived at 2:15pm but the room isn’t available yet. The housekeeping staffs are still inside the room. But loved our stay. The guard and the waiter were exceptionally friendly!

Perfect Place for Family”
It is an ideal place to stay in with family given the solitude of the area and less crowded facilities. The entire staff are very efficient, professional, and commendable for their pleasing personalities. Moreover, the food they offer is superb! No wonder many people stop by the area to have a meal.

The hotel has a perfect location since it's accessible to all - mall, restaurants, and tourist spots. The staff were friendly and accommodating but they're a bit slow. I asked them to replace the bedsheet but it took them an hour to do it. Can't call the reception using their guest room phones, I had to call them using my mobile phone. The view of the Taal in our room is amazing - please clean the windows from time to time. The bathroom has a bath tub and the hot/cold shower works. The hotel food was not good, we just didn't have the energy to go out to try other restos around the area. Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay.
