We stayed 3 nights , if want this villa need a car too deep inside and dark area . Also need big car if too smalll car parking not so good , at the point 4 bed rooms one bed room no curtain we could not used one bedroom , also toilet leaking just fixed in second day , we also called manger but ignored the owner came to fix in day 3 , we were calling agoda to help us to help , agoda was very good to fix problem give us money credit some back !!!! I left the villa without pair eccentricity bill and paid them after I talked to agoda done , if my option will not stay here again !!!! Last April I stayed. Other villa was very good including electricity bill please read carefully !!!!

Anyone reading your review will see it says more about you than it does about the property. They will read the 95% very good reviews of 9.2 score or more. Despite being given 2 maps & GPS location for the villa you went to the wrong development. Shouting and being abusive to the villa manager on arrival (who was in the correct agreed location) was not your smartest move. It was unfortunate that a previous guest must have broken or removed the curtain you mentioned however I came on a Saturday to fix it personally for you. It has now been replaced. You say the toilet was leaking. The photo you sent me was of 'cleaning hose' not the toilet. You knew the cause and could have fixed it yourself by turning the tap on the wall as i informed. It was fixed with new hose within 2 hours of your report. Most villas in Samui charge electric and it was clearly mentioned in the listing at time of booking. Sad you complain now it says a lot about you anyone reading this will see you are a fake fraud.

This villa is good for stay there have good location and nice view near by the beach.Inside villa is good decoration and clean.So convenient because there have everything that you need to use like a your house.

Fabuleux !!!!”
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa magnifique. Tout à été parfait de la décoration de la villa jusqu’à sa vue sur koh phangan du bord de la piscine, vous ne trouverez pas plus belle vue sur koh samui. Martin, Roger et Nok ont été aux petits soins pour nous et on répondu à toutes nos attentes (location de voiture, transferts, massages à domicile) tout est fait (et très bien fait même) pour nous faciliter la vie durant les vacances. La plage se trouve à 2 minutes à pied et un petit restaurant le country bar à 5 minutes (possibilité des se faire livrer) aux plats locaux vraiment exquis. Rien à redire à par merci pour ce magnifique séjour. J’espère y revenir bientôt.
