      1. JFK bar menu. Very interesting read. Bar was amazing. Great service, great drinks, great snacks. Nice surroundings too. 2. Hotel itself. It's a castle! 3. Pool.
      Very nice. We got there late and had a rushed stay in Frankfurt. But coming back to the beautiful hotel was so nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Thanks for everyone at the front desk and at the concierge. And also dear sir that led us to the cab when we left the hotel (who recently visited hk), he completed our trip germany with a nice goodbye. More details: 1. Location: a little away from city centre but a very nice short walk to museums eg Staedl which we managed to sneak a visit in despite or short stay and only 30min scenic walk along the river to all the city centre sites. 2. Health and fitness: great pool with jacuzzi and spa. Had a warm ginger tea after our mornin swim :) 3. FnB: didn't get to try resto although we heard many many good praises about it. Unfortunately we only had one night and had a dinner appointment somewhere else. We did try the JFK bar tho. It was very impressive. Definitely should get a drink there if you're staying at the restaurant. 4. Environment: the best!!! It's a nice castle which modern interiors and a lot of modern art. Basically looks like an old cool castle outside. Feels like a relaxing resort inside. And with most comfy modern city hotel rooms. Highly recommend!!!

      Beautiful, clean, excellent service
      a bit pricey but a really beautiful hotel with excellent service! my only complain would be about the limited buffet breakfast for a hotel of this quality. the other disappointment is to pay euro 20 for every 24 hours of internet usage, which i find unacceptable for today. otherwise, this is the best hotel you can find in frankfurt.

      Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof ... die Einrichtung des Hotels ist stilvoll ... die Zimmer sind geräumig und ruhig.
      Der Aufenthalt war von den Räumlichkeiten her sehr angenehm ... wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht am Wochenende ... leider war der Service allgemein im Hotel, ich kann es nicht anders formulieren, krotenschlecht. Der bestellte Frühstückskaffee dauerte eine halbe Stunde von Bestellung bis er auf unserem Tisch stand ... da war das Frühstück schon fast beendet ... weder Esslöffel noch Schälchen für das Müsli waren aufzutreiben, trotz mehrfacher Bitte, auch keine Gläser für die Säfte und zum Schluss waren auch noch alle Teller aufgebraucht. Das Hotel entschuldigte sich und das Frühstück wurde von der Rechnung genommen, ein gemütliches Frühstück wäre uns lieber gewesen. Dem Reinigungspersonal sollte die Hotelleitung mal ans Herz legen zu klopfen wenn man die Hotelzimmer betritt ...

      Frühstück:Fruchtsmoothie u. Bienenwabe,Lebkuchenhaus,dezenter nicht aufdringlicher Service
      Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist herrlich entspannend, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, großer Wellnessbereich, schlichtes elegantes Design, Fruchtsmoothies ein Traum, kleine Extras zur Begrüssung... Aufzug war nur mit Hotelkarte zu Bedienen damit er fährt(an sich sehr gut, damit nur Hotelgäste auf die Etagen kommen)Leider gab es keinen Hinweis seitens des Personals oder ein Hinweisschild im Aufzug, die Hotelkarte an das rote Licht zum Auslesen zu halten. Kleinere Schälchen für Joghurt zum Frühstück eventuell, Brot/Brötchenkorb fehlte oder nicht entdeckt? Angebot Eiervarianten, Würstchen, Speck nicht ersichtlich - bei Nachfrage aber möglich - dafür wird das Rührei frisch zubereitet. Pluspunkt... Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, die nur kurz auffallen und den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigen.

      Ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof, exzellenter Serrvice, schönes Schwimmbad
      das hotel ist zentral gelegen, an einer hauptstrasse. von dieser bekommt man aber in den zimmern, die zum innenhof gelegen sind, überhaupt nichts mit; das ganze hotel ist eine oase, der ruhe und des luxus. neben den schönen sälen und barbereichen ist der innenhof zu erwähnen. das spa ist für ein stadthotel ausserordentlich. sehr freundliches, aufmerksames, aber nicht devotes personal.

      Schönes Hotel mit klassischem Ambiente”
      Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der City und des Main-Ufers und ist gut zu erreichen
      Das Hotel ist eher etwas für Anspruchsvolle Gäste, die Wert auf etwas Besonderes legen. Unsere Junior-Suite im 5 Stock war geräumig und bot ein wenig Ausblick auf die Skyline. Der Indoor Pool ist etwas klein, aber für ein paar Schwimmübungen okay. Der Ruhebereich ist angenehm. Die Massage im Spa-Bereich hat meine Frau sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant haben wir nur für einen kleinen Snack, Kaffee und etwas Kuchen genutzt. Hier hat auch alles gepasst. Leistungen wie WLAN und einen Garagenplatz müssen extra gezahlt werden. Besonders beim WLAN könnte man diese Leistung auch als zeitgemäßen Service ohne Zusatzkosten erwarten. Das Haus und seine Bauweise besitzen Eleganz und Stil und eine einladend gute Atmosphäre.

      Uiterlijk, design, inrichting, faciliteiten (fitness en spa)
      het hotel mikt duidelijk meer op zakenreizigers dan op prive personen. de prijzen, met name voor dineren of ontbijt zijn aan de zeer hoge kant. een ontbijt voor euro, terwijl je alleen maar musli en koffie of thee wilt, is exorbitant. de faciliteiten zijn geweldig. de ontvangst door de medewerkers nogal zakelijk en afstandelijk, enkele uitzonderingen daargelaten.

      食事がとても美味しい。 時間が14:30まで可能なので朝食or昼食を選択できるので便利。 スポーツクラブ（ジム、サウナ、プール）も有り、清潔・快適で充実しています。 私はスポーツクラブで一汗を流してから、遅い朝食を頂きました。

      성같이 예쁜 호텔. 비슷한 가격대의 5성급 큰 호텔체인보다 이런곳이 더 유럽적이라 생각합니다. 으리으리하거나 엄청나게 화려하진 않지만 고급스럽고 편한 곳. 서비스는 당연히 너무 좋습니다.

      这是我住过的酒店里我个人认为各方面最好的酒店，我们一家三口在这里度过了愉快的假期！酒店外观是一座古堡形式，内部设计大气美观，餐厅非常讲究，早餐都使用纯银餐具！服务很热情，为客人考虑细微！价格不算太贵，性价比很高！
