We had an apartment in the first floor with three bedrooms and kitchen area. The location of the house on the promenare and near the Yacht harbour is really idylic. We have rented a boat from the owner of the house Silvia and have spent wonderful time cruising the lake. The surrounding Alps covered still with snow create a picture to be remembered for rest of our life. Silvia has provided us with useful tips and left some tea and coffee for us to use.
in April is still pretty cold in the night and one should bring some warm clothes with.

Beautiful villa, lot of space, nice centre, parking next to villa, sunshine almost all days”

Location fantastic near harbour and centre Colico en supermarkets. We could use the electric boat for 2 hours that was a nice surprise ! The new kitchen was very complete ; I personally misted a coffee machine. Perhaps in future update bathroom and real beds in 2 bedrooms (instead of wooden pallets). If groundfloor could be hired too in future than the villa is perfect for family vacation. Friendly owners property.
The beds with wooden pallets maybe not suitable for adults. Instead of 2 seats in kitchen a living room would be nice esspecialy when more people are in the house.

Relaxing pleasant stay at a perfectly positioned villa.”

spacious, close to the lake, several restaurants and bars within a minute walk. lake ferry terminal very close as is the train station. plenty of activity as festivals gear up. Silvia the owner was fantastic. Any info or request was dealt with very quickly.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, juste en face du lac. L'accueil de la propriétaire a été hyper chaleureux, l'appartement est spacieux, propre, moderne.
La salle de bain et les chassis sont peut-être un peu moins modernes que le reste de l'appartement.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, sehr engagiert und jederzeit bei Problemen erreichbar. Super zentrale Lage ein Auto braucht man keins es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wenn die untere Wohnung vermietet ist gibt es einen gemeinsamen Zugang durch den Garten, dies war uns so vorher nicht Bewusst, da Hunde dabei waren konnten diese somit nur unter ständiger Aufsicht im Garten bleiben. Schön wären Möbel auf dem hinteren Balkon.

Direkt am See (ca. 20 m)! Ausblick auf den See, 3 Schlafzimmer zum wählen, voll ausgestattete Küche. Super Kaffeemaschine 😉 komplett eingezäunter Garten, gut für Hunde. Das Haus ist aufgeteilt in ein oberes und untere Stockwerk. Wir haben in dem oberen gewohnt. Wenn das untere auch vermietet ist, dann gibt es einen gemeinsamen Eingang! Viele Bars und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe! Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

Entspannend, erholsam und kurze Wege für Aktivitäten.”

Die Lage war super, man war direkt in der Stadt und am See. Der Garten war trotzdem sehr ruhig und gab Privatsphäre. Die Vermieterin war hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, immer wenn es eine Frage gab hat sie umgehend reagiert. Der Carport war sehr schön- sogar das Auto hatte Ferien!!!
Ein Bett hat gequitscht, deshalb konnte man da nicht zu zweit schlafen, was bei uns kein Problem war.

Die Lage war super direkt am See. Jede Menge Bars und Restaurants, der Parkplatz war direkt auf dem Grundstück. Man ist schnell im Zentrum. Abends kann man noch etwas trinken gehen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter Lage, Sicht direkt auf den See und auf die Promenade. Das Haus war sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es gab alles war wir benötigten. Silvia war sehr nett und hatte auch angeboten, bei Fragen oder wenn etwas fehlt, uns einfach zu melden. Es gibt einen schönen Garten zum Haus (diesen konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da sofort die Steckmücken über uns herfielen).
Durch Hausbau hinter dem Ferienhaus war schon früh ab 8h Baulärm und der Bahnhof liegt auch sehr nahe zum Haus. Da ich ziemlich lärmempfindlich bin, hatte ich meine Ohrstöpsel dabei, ergo ein erträgliches Problem :-)

Perfekte Gastgeberin mit Sonderpreisen für die Mieter des Hauses in ihrer eigenen Fahrrad- und Bootsvermietung 50 m vom Haus entfernt. Sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Unterkunft gut gelegen u wirklich sauber.
Die Matratzen :-( leider extremst weich und in einem Zimmer defekt. Sonst aber alles topp !

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und eine traumhafte Lage”

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist großartig. Wir hatten sogar noch 1 Stunde gratis Bootsfahrt erhalten. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist optimal. Die Wohnung lässt sich sehr gut heizen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad und die anderen Zimmer sind mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Direkt neben der Wohnung gibt es eine leckere Pizzeria. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ist die Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und leckeren Eisdielen sehr schön gestaltet. Ein Supermarkt mit leckeren Backwaren ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Möblierung der Wohnung und die Einrichtung sollte auf einen aktuellen Stand gebracht werden. Auch das Bad hat seine besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Das Städtchen hat außer der schönen Promenade nichts attraktives.
