Please note that rates are inclusive of the following:
- One way transfer from airport
- Cleaning services (2 times per week)
- Linen change (1 time per week)
- Gardening services
- TV and WiFi
- Electricity (Guests are offered with free 140 units of electricity consumption. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 5 per one electrical unit)
- Water (Offered a maximum of 1 unit per day. Any exceeding amount will be charged THB 50 per unit consumed)
For long term stays (30 days and over), guests enjoy the mentioned benefits above except for electricity and water, which will be charged as specified from the beginning of their stay (no free daily consumption).
A 50% payment before arrival via bank transfer or Paypal is required. The property will contact guests directly via email after booking to provide instructions.
Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5 per unit.
Please be informed that late check-in fees are are applicable to guests arriving after check-in hours.
The property offers cleaning services twice a week and bed linen change once a week. A damage deposit of THB 30000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Villa Nata with Pool and Billiard in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
