Staff was a 10+ Family owned and operated and they made us feel like visiting family. We've been traveling Europe for 3 months now and have not had a better experience.

Property a bit dated but very clean and comfortable and well maintained. We were only 2 but plan to return with a larger group. This Property is perfect for a family group.

It was very well equipped and comfortable. Lots of seating areas all over the villa both inside and out. Pool and gardens were fabulous. We were given a wonderful welcome by the host when we arrived with some treats left in the kitchen. Also when we left the host made sure everything had been perfect for us and gave us some more sweet treats and wine. Fabulous stay and we would hope to return at some point.

Our family (4 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful stay for three nights at Villa Nicolai. The house was comfortable and well appointed, with spacious rooms and stunning outdoor spaces. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed taking our meals outside on the lovely porches. The hosts were very accessible and friendly, ready with advice and recommendations. They also generously left some very nice welcome gifts for us, such as a bottle of Prosecco and a homemade cake! The location was beautiful. We did hikes in the morning and spent the afternoons at the pool. We didn’t go to the beach because we had just come from a beach vacation, but the name of the Villa is accurate: you could easily reach very nice beaches as well as the mountains of the national parks of Majella and Gran Sasso. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Nous avons été accueillis par Giada, la fille du propriétaire, qui nous a tout montré et expliqué. Un apéritif nous attendait avec des spécialités faites maison et un gâteau de la grand-mère. Dans le frigo, une bouteille de champagne, de l'eau, du jus pour les enfants, de la bière et une bouteille de vin. Les lits étaient de véritables chefs-d'oeuvre. Giada nous a expliqué ce qu'on peut visiter dans la région et où bien manger. Des bougies parfumées ont répandu une odeur délicieuse, embellissant une villa qui n'a rien à cacher. La villa est grande et super bien équipée (piscine, grand salon avec grande télé et même Netflix, grande cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, 2 terrasses et un jardin secret à l'arrière de la maison) et la piscine est fort rafraîchissante. Nous avons même pu nous servir dans le potager de la villa. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le magnifique parc national de Maiella. Bons restaurants aux alentours ainsi qu'un supermarché ouvert 24 heures.

La gentilezza e disponibilità dei padroni di casa: ci venivano date ampie informazioni sulle attività possibili nei dintorni, per qualsiasi problema c'era subito un rimedio (il forno era difficile da accendere - risolto con due telefonate, nel giro di 5 minuti). La casa è spaziosa e ben arredata ed accessoriata. All'arrivo era stato preparato un aperitivo con lo spumante e salatini, pizzette ecc. Per la prima colazione il dolce della suocera.... tutto ottimo. Ringrazio la famiglia Nicolai per il tempo spensierato ed il riposo che è stato perfetto grazie alla struttura che non lascia a desiderare.

sarebbe lamentarsi ad altissimo livello: a causa della siccità e delle alte temperature per diversi notti nella zona era stata interrotta la fornitura dell'acqua (unico problema il water).

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole , i proprietari sono persone molto gentili ,disponibili e accoglienti. Casa spaziosa , comoda e pulita . Sicuramente da ritornarci!
