Beautiful Parisian Styled Hotel”
Loved everything about the hotel. Reception is very friendly, well english spoken, her name is Inez. Lovely lady. Near to shops etc Hard Rock Paris, Lafayette & Printemps. Cafes surround the hotel. supermarket is just infront of the hotel. :)

Location is good, and room is decent”
Quite decent hotel, in central Paris, where you can take 3 stataions in walking distance. Easy to go around, and easy to pick up cabs as well. It will cost just 10 Euro from the hotel to the Tower or Arch. 15 minutes underground train to get to Orsay as well. Room is not large, but enough space for short stay. Bath room is good, too.

the decor was very nice and parisian.its location was near little shops and restaurants and the staff was friendly and obliging., even to the extend of agreeing to store our luggage for us for another time. We only stayed one night and slept till 12 noon and they allowed us to checkout later. It was a pleasant stay. The only thing misleading was it was nearer to montmarte than the opera.

When i came to the lobby and doing the check in things, the staff really helpful and also funny.Then,when come to the room,really impressed me and my family.we feel don't want to leave the room and just want to stay in the hotel.. I really want to come to this hotel for my honeymoon..

Very good location near many museums and stations”
Modern design, good spa, great food in a hotel, and mostly,best location near the Eiffel tower! There is plenty of space in a room to relax and the bed was comfy! Good coffee machine at the lobby and the hotel's hospitality was awesome!

Clean ,dated 18th century hotel with character”
I stayed on the 6th floor.My room was two tiered.the bathroom,desk and the wardrobe was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs.the whole place was fairly dark,due to the fact that all the walls were decorated dark red 18th century cloth with stripes which actually worked well.The bedroom was quite small,it was the attic,you could see the roofs of other buildings but it created a good ambience,it was actually romantic,staying in a loft in the romance capital of the world.I was in Paris visiting my cousin 2 blocks away in his restaurant so it was a good spot for me.The place is very central,probably the best spot in Paris as most of the attraction is in the half north of Paris.The place is alive after dark with heaps of restaurants , few theatres,folies bergeres 2 streets away (can can girls).

We were not told there would be drilling in the ceiling for two days so we had to change rooms. In addition I was very disappointed the whole price of our stay was deducted from my credit card before I arrived. On the web site it said my card was only for reservation purposes and that I would pay when I arrived. I really needed payments not one ballon payment. The faucets in the bathrooms had to be closed tighty or else they would drip. The shower head holder drooped so one had to hold the shower head instead of standing under it. The rooms themselves were charming if not small. We enjoyed the deluxe room with the balcony on the fifth floor. The daily breakfast did not change and was unsatisfactory. We were told by reception that it was a full breakfast.

Good hotel for a weekend getaway ”
The hotel is located about 10 mins taxi ride from Gare Du Nord station for the Eurorail. 5 mins walk to the Grand Boulevard Metro and 10 mins walk to Hard Rock Café. About 20 mins walk to Galleries Lafayette. Within walkable distance to the Louvre Museum. Located opposite a supermarket. Convenient for snack and sandwich for breakfast. No hot water boiler in the room but the receptionist is more than happy to provide boiling hot water if you have your own flask or water container. Afew halal restaurants around the hotel area.

Not quite 4 stars”
Unfortunately this is not quite a four star hotel, by various standards...quite some lamps in the room were simply burned out, thus non-functional; also the fridge was not functional, they had to call the electrician and change it; internet was mostly not available and very slow; breakfast, very poor, not according to a four star hotel...those might be small things, but for the price being paid and the advertisement of the hotel, they shouldn't happen

Disappointed”
We paid quite a bit extra for a superior "chambre de luxe" which, according to the website was 22 square metres in size. Our room was an awkward shape and even for Paris was very small - certainly not de luxe. On querying this we were assured it was a luxury room and not wanting to make a fuss we returned to the room dissatisfied.The air conditioning was a rather noisy fan so in general we felt this hotel did not live up to its star rating
