A great hotel”
Value for money, in the centre, clean. What more do you want when you’re travelling. The only downside for us was there was no kettle in the room...we had to drink beer instead,!

The location of this hotel is great; we could walk around 10 minutes to get night market. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The decoration of this hotel was also great. For staying in this hotel, we suggest you need to bring your own mineral water because the mineral water in the room was charged. Overall, this hotel is still good enough to stay.

Very basic hotel”
The hotel amenities are sparse. Only 2 packets of shampoo and a comb, no breakfast offered, no airport transfers offered and the beds were very uncomfortable. The shower is basically the entire bathroom so be sure to remove the toilet paper before showering as to not get it soaked and unusable. The front desk staff are not very helpful. I am not sure if this was due to a language barrier or not. They wanted to keep our passports unless we paid for one night upon check in. We had also booked the Mr Rot Secret tour with them and confirmed we would pay at check out but were asked to pay that evening or they would keep our passports again. When we went to pay with credit card they did not know how to process so told us to pay the next day. Overall the hotel is very basic and the service is the poorest we received over three weeks.

From the moment we arrived in to the gates we were welcomed with arms open. It almost felt like we had to be dreaming, could anyone really be this friendly let alone the entire family at the Villa Pink House. We spent 5 days in and around Da Lat. A full day was spent with the gorgeous. From the moment he greeted us at 6am until the moment we said goodnight at 10pm he was nothing but amazing. Our room was comfortable with a large bathroom and fantastic views. Breakfast was tasty but the coffee is what we looked forward to every morning. Dalat is one of our favorite spots and the food was delicious. Soak up every moment of this strange but amazing little city and enjoy your time at Villa Pink House. Everyone is full of smiles and Neo is great fun. We love everything about this hotel and even if it wasn't nice you would still love it for the amazing family! We left feeling like we were part of the family and we are definitely missing each one of

A great place to explore Dalat”
Our stay was absolutely great! The hotel staff was ready to help with everything since the moment we arrived, including recommendations as to where to eat, and explaining where the main sights are. We learnt about the secret tour and booked it and it was so much worth it! Beware that it is not organized every day but 2-3 times a week so it is worth spending a few days - there are options for other trips and activities. I am sure this was the best organized tour I ever did, thanks to Rot who has been really funny but also the dynamics of our group was excellent. The room was neat, spacious and sunny, with a balcony and a great view of Dalat. I know some people complained that their rooms were cold at night but it was not our case: probably as our room was facing the south there was enough sun during the whole day and thus did not cool down so much at night - so try to get a room facing the gardento be on a safe side. The breakfast was weak but that is something we were prepared for as we read previous reviews. Anyway, it's good enough for getting stg into your stomach in the morning, but there are plenty of places where you can eat nearby, including a bakery next door. All in all, we had wonderful time. If I ever come back, I would definitely chose Pink House villa again.

Great place, friendly staff and awesome tour!”
We booked this place after my friend introduced it to me about the secret tour they were offering. And indeed, we had the best times at the secret tour. Really had great insights of the local culture living with no touristy stops which was what we really like. Room is clean, spotless. Hot water was good which is very important given the cold temp in dalat. However hot water will be switched off during the night after 12am till morning. It was insane to shower without hot water as it was super cold!!! We had to preempt the staff the following morning that we will need hot water at 6am cos we were leaving early. The staff gladly obliged so it was all good. One thing to note is that guesthouse in Vietnam seemed to have a curfew time and pink house villa has 11pm curfew. Breakfast was simple affair - baguette and coffee to choose. I will come back to stay definitely if I am back in dalat. And if you ever stay here, go for the secret tour! Mr rot( the tourguide ) will bring you for a secret dinner even!!

the villa pink house was a really nice place to stay with very reasonable rates. for 17 dollars per night the room was very nice, the staff were very pleasant and dealt with our queries very quickly. rot's tour of dalat and the surrounding area is fantastic, although it is a long day it is most definitely worth it. if you're staying here try to eat at v cafe which is nearby (20-30 mins walk, 5 min taxi). rot's rates for renting motorbikes is also very cheap, 5 bucks for a standard (honda wave, etc) or 6 for an automatic (nouvo, click, etc) overall a very positive stay.

Charming hotel with great owners”
This hotel is very nice, and well located in Dalat. The only disappointment is the breakfast but it's a detail in the end. Once in Dalat you'll be offered many tours on motorcycle with the "easy riders", and it can be great to reach your next destination. But you should definitely do the one day tour offered by Rot, son of the owner of villa pink house, you will have a fantastic time especially when meeting the funny old ladies from his village or learning all about Vietnamese culture or ethnic minorities cultures.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
i felt a bit lonely when i first arrived dalat. anyway, villa pink house made me felt like i stayed at my home, with a warm welcome from staff, friendly services. i like their slogan;" my home is your home" and they really treat guests that way. the room that i stayed was well furnished and it was very clean and big with a private balcony. thank you very much for being my second home when i was in vietnam. also, thank all staff for being friendly, kind and helpful. ^_^

My friends and I spent 2 nights at Villa Pink House and we had a present stay. Pros: - The owner's nephew who work as a receptionist was super friendly and helpful. He spoke good English and had very good service mind. He recommend a good restaurant and help us plan our day trip in Da Lat. - Good value for money. - Clean and tidy. - large and comfy bed. - Quite neighborhood, away from street noise. Cons: - A bit out of town, it took around 10 mins walk to the city center - They don't provide soap and shampoo. There are only towels in our restroom. - They should be more aware of facility's maintenance. The clock was dead and the phone in our room is broken. Highly recommended for a budget travelers who looking for a valuable place to stay in Da Lat

Great family run hotel; good location”
We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and keen to help whenever they could.....whilst smiling! We had a great room which overlooked Dalat and the sunset was amazing on one of the evenings! The hotel is slightly away from the centre of Dalat but that was a posistive thing for us. It's literally a 10 min walk so not far at all and it means that it's quieter than it would have been in town. Mr Rot's day full day tour is becoming legendary and now we've done it we know why. I won't say too much about it as part of the fun is not knowing too much before you set off but if you stay at this hotel and you are not sure whether to go on this day trip or an Easy Rider trip my advice is....the Villa Pink House trip without a doubt. This hotel is good value for money.
