Fui com meu marido e filho de 3 anos, com reservas pagas. Não houve objeção para realizar a reserva do meu filho, onde preenchi 1 criança e a idade do mesmo. Ao chegar fomos informados que não aceitavam crianças, isso as 22 da noite, e o atendente pediu que aguardassemos do lado de fora até a solução. Ao meu marido demonstrar insatisfação de ter que aguardar do lado de fora (humilhante e contragedor ter que aguardar na porta) fomos colocados para dentro, mas já estávamos totalmente desconfortáveis. Fomos redirecionados a outra pousada de valor inferior e a cobrança foi feita como se tivéssemos ficado na mais cara. Enfim frustação e constrangimento total.
