Amazing service and wonderful people”
My stay at Villa Riverside was wonderful. We had stayed in the town earlier and found it horrible. Our host at Villa Riverside never tried to sell us anything or make us go to dressmakers for her commission, she was only there to kindly welcome us and make sure everything was up to scratch. The breakfast and coffee was always superb with her accommodating our vegetarianism very well. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hoi An, this hotel made our stay!

Clean, huge rooms, great aircon, amazing staff!”
Wow! This family make you feel right at home and very welcome! The rooms are big and very clean, aircon is great and huge comfortable clean beds! You can choose whatever you like for breakfast and it is cooked fresh infront of you. And if you like she will cook you Hoi an specialty 'Cao Lau' (omg!) and a fresh local Ca phè (coffee) The guesthouse have nice new bikes you can hire for about $1 a day and ride to the beach in about 15mins. The staff are very helpful and will assist you with anything they can eg: calling a taxi, calling bus company, local Tailors, and take you to get the best bread in town! I loved this place and would recommend staying here, 5 stars from me! *****

Treated very by Nga and her family. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The villa is approximately halfway between hoi an old town and cua dai beach both being a short cycle away. Great value for money guesthouse.

I Loved It”
I stayed 7 days in the dorm and would happily go back. It's just few minutes down the road before it becomes old Hoi An. It is nice to start the day strolling along the river on one side and coffee shops etc on the other. The beach is in the opposite direction and it is a heftier walk but not long by bike. I spent a few of the hot afternoons on the patio which really justifies the name for this place. Finally, the people working here are genuinely nice. For those interested, there is a vegan restaurant a few doors down and two more on that same road into town.

In a quiet, residential area of Hoi An. Family were flawlessly polite and accommodating. Made great food, although we never got to try the apparently awesome breakfast because we slept past 9. This, it turns out, is normal in Vietnam, although most places will still make you something if you ask. The stay was peaceful and quiet, and we felt really welcome. Would recommend if you don't want to be in the heart of the action.

Friendly and Relaxed Family Homestay”
We enjoyed our stay at the villa, the family made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was yummy, Vietnamese coffee and nice omelette with fresh baguette or Pho. the villa is located about 10-15mins bike ride from the beach and 5-10 mins bike ride to the city centre and bikes are available to rent for $1 a day. The owners mother has a restaurant not far from the villa with really nice food and very good prices.

It's a very very beautiful villa, you walked inside and just felt like you go into a home. The family who runs the hostel are super nice and helpful! The place is very very nice, has a big kitchen, dinner table, amazing breakfast, and the beds are very nice too! (four or three beds in one dorm, not bunk beds) Second floor has two sofas facing the balcony, amazing just to lie there and chill. The only downside might be a bit far away from the old town, which is around 15mins walking distance (less than 2km). But STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

I got a very affordable double private room with my own balcony and bathroom for a good price, the woman who worked there was very sweet and they helped me arrange an early morning airport transfer. About a 5 minute bike ride to the old town. Would stay again.

They are nice enough here and good prices for renting bikes and motorbikes. One draw back is that there are no curtains, but it gets you up and going. Would stay again if in Hoi An

We arrived early off a night bus, so weren't sure whether we'd be able to check in. When we arrived the owner lady was so nice, welcoming, friendly, gave us breakfast and leg us check in early. The room was spacious, clean and lovely. Shared bathroom was clean and nice hot showers. It's about a 10 minute cycle into the main town, but you can hire bikes very cheap in hotel. She runs cooking classes that we would have done if we'd had more time and money, but they look good and reasonable. It's more like a homestay, breakfast freshly cooked included in our room rate and delicious. She helped with taxis and buses. Really great value hotel in an otherwise expensive town.

Excellent rooms but homestay NOT hotel.”
This is a homestay not a hotel. I did not understand this when I booked. Nevertheless the hotel staff are very friendly. The location is between the beach and Ancient street. The room is super clean and the shower works well once you turn the hot water on. Breakfast was provided by staff (Pho). If you're ok with a homestay this is a good choice.

Very helpful, very friendly, very clean!”
We arrived at hotel at 7am from a 13 hr bus ride, the lady instantly gave us cold water and we waited a couple of minutes for the owner to arrive, she let us check in early!!! We can not speak highly enough of the owners, nothing is a problem, all they want you to do is have a good stay. We booked our trips here which were cheaper than the town and they drove us to Danang airport for a lot less than a taxi! This is the cleanest place we have stayed in the whole of Vietnam! It is about a 10 min walk to market centre and 15 min walk to beach but they have bicycles free of charge to use and it easy to get around, if not the taxi to the town centre or beach should cost between 30,000~50,000. The omelette for breakfast is the best one we have had in Vietnam (been here 4 weeks). The internet is high speed and never drops, which is perfect for Skype to friends! So if you want somewhere quiet and just a little away from the noise of early morning markets and horns beeping this is the place for you.

This is definitely one of my best stays in Vietnam. The owner is so friendly and greeted us when we first arrived. Anything about Mui Ne you want to do, she can help arrange. Excellent customer service, if there was a 10 star rating, I would give her an 11!!!

Great homestay feel”
Excellent service, very friendly staff. Never felt unsafe or that I was going to get my things stolen. They have a huge safe to put your valuables in if you would like. Stayed in a room with 4 beds and met some cool people. Located about 2km from the city center. You can rent a bicycle from them for 1 us dollar a day. They will also provide shuttle back to Danang for 110,000 dong, which is much cheaper than the 450,000 for the taxi.

Best Place to Stay In Vietnam”
Perfect. We were welcomed off the sleeper bus at 8am and greeted with a cold bottle of water. We were told we need to wait for the previous people to check out but were told they were leaving early so wouldn't be long before we could go and relax. The bikes are cheap to rent just $1 per day. Alot easier for going to town on or to the beach. The hostel is located aprox half way between the two. She also looked after our passports in her safe as we didn't want to leave them lying around in the dorm. There was no fee for this. She also does cooker classes which looked amazing. If you order food in the hostel she will call her sister who makes the food and brings it to the hostel. This food was beautiful (try the local dish cao Lau). This hostel is a homestay so they whole family are there to greet you. They all make you feel like one of there family. Definalty the best place we have stayed whilst traveling through Vietnam. Would defiantly recommend for people to stay here.

I'm disappointed when I check in because they used room 2-persons for 3 persons (include 1sub-bed), is not same as description on agoda. You must ask them change towel, bedspread everyday. Basic breakfast with coffee or tea. 1$/rent bicycle /day. Cheap price, lovely staff, location is far to central city, about 30 minutes walking, 5 minutes bicycle.

Charming stay in Hoi An”
Located away from the main tourist area. The staff here are amazing. I rented a motorbike through the hotel. Unfortunately, the motorbike battery died half way through my day and I was stranded. The staff came to pick me up and give me a new motorbike. They apologized for the dead battery and I was on my way. The hotel is easily within walking distance of the main tourist area.
