Best hotel apartment”
Was a little sceptical because some reviews said the hotel is old but what a surprise all rooms are renovated extremely clean comfortable and with all amenities. We are a group of 10 and Got a great deal from agoda but would have been just as happy even if we would have paid the rack rate. Highly recommend staying here. I have been to dubai 8 times always stayed in hotel apartments but this one’s is the best. A special thanks to Anna Dasig in reservation. And all desk clerks for always saying yes to all requests.

Its a cozy hotel/apartment. They upgraded our rooms and they were big, clean and very comfortable. The staff, Abdul and colleagues(cant remember the other names) are all friendly, helpful and amazing! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. Would highly recommend this hotel as its location is about 3 mins away from the metro, bus stop, cafes, supermarket and mosque. So this was a big plus. Thank you Villa Rotana! Will surely recommend to my friends!

The service was top-notch and the morning buffet spread was fantastic at very cheap prices. It was about a 5 mins walk from Business Bay Dubai Metro and 2 mins walk from the Al Wasl Shopping Centre where the Etihad Coach Service is. All in all, the stay was very pleasant and memorable. Recommended!

I travelled to Dubai with my best friend and we actually only book a normal room for the 8 night. Upon our arrival and check in, we were upgraded to a Burj Khalifa view suite !! The view was amazing, the suite was big and roomy, it has a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. There was also a washer so we could do our laundry. The service provided was really amazingly good, thumbs up to the staff and their warmth. I'm definitely going back to Dubai and Villa Rotana is the hotel that's on my staying list. Oh and its near to Business Bay Metro station, like a 2 minutes walk, really accessible ! There's also a hypermarket next to Villa Rotana for your grocery shopping.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
we had a pleasure to stay here for 6 nights. the stay was excellent. we got there for 8 am, the room was not ready and villa rotana generously offerred an upgrade. the room was an adequate size, and clean. it's also close to the metro station. the only unpleasant thing was that one evening, when we returned to the hotels at 9 pm after a whole day at meetings, we found out that the room wasn't cleaned properly (dirty dishes, no face cloth towels, uncleaned floor). the next day, we complained and requested for the room to be cleaned early, because we need to rest in the afternoon. however, when we got back to the hotel, we learned that the room hasn't been cleaned, and when we complained to the manager. the manager quickly upgraded us to a clean new room in a suite. although the housekeeping wasn't doing the best job they could, we've learned that the manager is always trying to provide us with the best service , and for that we thank you. i would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to dubai.

It’s my first trip to Dubai and I think this is the best hotel there in terms of value of money. The location is prime – walking distance to metro, can easily get taxi, across you can see Burj glittering at night. Hotel is not crowded at all! The staff are amazing and sooo easy to deal with. I believe they have other hotels around UAE so when I come back I’ll definitely book in Rotana. Guys, believe me I think this is one of the most underrated hotels but if you are looking for mid-high type of hotel with premium location, book here. I am a little bit picky myself but everything went smoothly. The staff are all courteous, helpful, and fast. The check in and check out were fast, too. Their swimming pool, despite rather small, has this very charming vibe to it overlooking Burj and some desert at the back. The gym is not very small, just right, equipment seem new. That’s all. I’m really overwhelmed so I’ll end here. Lol. Stay here!

the hotel is located on shiekh zayed road, close to many attractions (dubai mall, mall of emirates). we booked the studio, the room was big. they do not have valet parking which wasnt very convenient, however the parking is right behind the hotel so it wasnt a big deal (but its an unshaded parking). the staff were very friendly. the breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties

I have tried many hotels in Dubai and Villa Rotana is definitely my favourite one. Its centrally located, great view of the Burj Khalifa, friendly helpful staff, nice gym and great top deck pool. Rooms are reasonably spacious and always spotlessly clean. We had a one bedroom apartment with Atrium view and it had all the comforts needed. It was a Perfect stay! Its much better than most of 5 stars.

This was the first time we were traveling with our infant and so we were a little anxious of our accommodation but VILLA ROTANA proved to an excellent choice for us and our baby. Pros: Nice rooms with well equipped kitchenett. Great location. Very courteous and friendly staff. Special thanks to them as they made quick arrangements when required for our baby. They made our stay in Dubai memorable and pleasent.
