Belle maison, jardin enchanteur, cadre splendide, nécessite un gros lifting pour devenir confortable”

En premier lieu, l'accueil d'Amin, qui malgré ses longues journées de travail, n'a pas hésité à nous accueillir à 2 heures du matin, sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour et ses précieux conseils. Ensuite, bien entendu, la qualité de l'emplacement, la beauté de l'immense jardin entretenu, la piscine immense.

Par ou commencer ? La maison en elle même est fantastique, son fonctionnement et ses équipements sont entièrement à revoir.. Gros problèmes électriques durant le séjour, avec de nombreuses coupures, liées à la mauvaise qualité du courant fourni par le réseau, pas de pression d'eau dans les douches, peu confortables, nécessitants parfois de prendre sa douche à genoux, Internet de très mauvaise qualité, Liner de la piscine très vétuste et très sale, malgré l'entretien et le robot. Très peu de vaisselle, verrerie hétéroclite, hotte en panne, lave linge rouillé, bref cette merveilleuse maison mériterait un bon lifting de son équipement, un générateur, ou des panneaux solaires pour palier aux problèmes électriques récurrents, et une réfection des parois et du sol de sa piscine. C'est le minimum, lorsque l'on paie 550€ la nuit. Et enfin cela éviterait de déranger ce brave Amin au quotidien.

Ein großes Haus mit viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Wenn man Hilfe brauchte, war Amin, der Hausverwalter immer zur Stelle. 👍 Netter Kontakt zu den Eigentümern, die auch immer um das Wohl der Mieter schauten. 🙏 Die Lage ist traumhaft, fast direkt am Meer. 🌊 Und die Sonnenuntergänge... da fehlen einem die Worte, so wunderschön 😊

Magnifica Villa sul mare dotata di ogni comfort. Grande piscina privata. Il giardino è meraviglioso, ottimo per poter godere i tramonti sul mare. Proprietari ospitali e a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno.

In generale si tratta di un'abitazione eccellente con molti confort. La posizione è molto bella. Piscina Ok. Assistenza da parte di personale inviato dalla proprietà OK. Pista ciclabile fronte mare molto bella.

Wi-Fi o comunque collegamento Internet (il proprietario sta cercando di risolvere) Frequenti sbalzi tensione energia elettrica (il proprietario sta cercando di risolvere) Acqua disponibile con poca pressione e poca quantità (ma comunque sufficiente per le esigenze comuni)
