Lovely place”
We loved the Sunshine Villa. It is in a beautiful Sween garden. Rooms are huge, bathroom was nice but could have been a little cleaner. Bed linen not the best, it smelled musty, but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Would have liked some milk with my coffee. Overall very nice.

Nice peaceful place”
Tucked away down alley near river. Quiet though local animals...ie. birds, frogs etc. Food and scooter rental very close. Pool. Comfy bed. Mosquitoes abound with some big gaps in doors. Decent breakfast and awesome staff. Perfect for local experience, with beautiful grounds. I would stay here again. Go rafting....highlight of trip. Close enough to Monkey Forest. Some construction ongoing but no noise. We had a good stay.

Hotel for nature lovers”
Actually we planned to stay there just for 2 nights, but then prolonged our staying here. What's more, we even come back to this cosy hotel for the 2nd time to spend last 2 days before return flihgt home. Amazing view to the tropical trees just 2 m behind realy cool pool (they used river water with no chemicals). Nice room with outstanding bathroom ( it's open and has small own garden inside). The only con I can mention is noise from nextdoor construction. The owner of the hotel is in the process of building 4 more rooms. But for us that noise was nothing comparing to great atmosphere there. It was like living in a jungle with lots of butterflies and birds. There was a squirrel made the same root jumping from palm tree to the other one every morning. That was a real fun to observe. So, I can strongly reconnemd this hotel for nature lovers.

Setting excellent/ location tough”
Nice breakfast on the large 2nd floor balcony listening to many birds and feeling the breeze from the stream thrugh to palms was great. Pool very relaxing with a fine setting, room spacious and bed comfortable. Staff was friendly and took care of property and guests. Current construction project started well after sunrise and ended before sunset. We were out during most of the day so the bit of noise didn't bother us. Overall cleanliness was good but we think the outer floor and the semi open air mandi could be cleaner as well as the shower mat. Tough thing is the location at about the mid point of Jl.Bisma. Like most of Ubud it is a place crowded with cars, people and motorcycles. Makes the walk to the main streets difficult.

Good!”
The location is really good, close to the Main Street but away from the noise. The room is huge and the pool is awesome! The only issue we had was that we booked 2 rooms and when we got there, it was actually only 1 room available so 2 of us had to move to another hotel, which was quite annoying because the staff couldn't really explain or understand what we were saying. Besides that, when everything was sorted out, we had a really good time there.
