Lovely Chumpon river haven”
We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Varuch. The owners could not have been more helpful in terms of booking transportation, ordering local carryout food, etc. The coffee/breakfast area by the river was a peaceful place to enjoy the river wildlife and drink the best coffee we had on our trip. The room was clean and well appointed. We wish we would have planned our trip to allow for a longer than 1 night stay here.

Water pressure could be improved Everything else is fine”
The hot water is enough, but the water pressure is very low. I have to trouble the boss to strengthen the water pump. The cleanliness of the room is very good. The staff has a good attitude. In addition, it should be noted that there are many mosquitoes in the room. Please make sure that the room has been exterminated before the next customer stays

Jungle gem! ”
What a surprise treat this place was. Way better than expected. It’s a little way out of Chumphon town in the jungle with a river running passed the rear of the bungalows. Very private, all scrupulously clean and well maintained. The hosts were soo friendly and sorted out ferry tickets for us plus provide pushbikes as well as motorbikes for hire. The breakfast was the real treat as Kolm grows, roasts his own coffee beans then meticulously prepares coffee in various methods - it’s clearly a real passion of his and wonderful for coffee lovers. Try the Farmers Restaurant a few mins of motorbike or ten mins on pushbike for good burgers or the Thai restaurant further up the road for some proper local food with no farang.

Hotel is very nice and minimal around nature eg. river , trees you can take a rest all day with activity like Cayak moreover good coffee cafe here , Recomended if you come to Chomphon

we drop by villa varich from pang a to Bangkok. we arrived very late at night, but we can check-in, and the hotel staff warmly welcomed us. the room condition was clean and good. the facilities weren't bad. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Amazing location”
The area is breath taking and you feel really amongst the green of the Jungle. The food was brilliant- highly recommend the turmeric & chicken soup! The table tennis and table football were run down but hey they only just reopened after covid lockdown. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely little balcony but unfortunately no kettle or tea coffee facilities. But I would stay again.

Best hotel in Chumphon!”
We arrived in Chumphon in the middle of the night and called the owner who sent a tuk tuk to pick us up and welcomed us with a smile. The room was spacious, comfy and super clean. The breakfast was entirely homemade (including coffee!) and delicious. The location itself is stunning. I can't think of anything that was not perfect! Thank you so much for being so welcoming, we'll recommend Villa Varich to everyone!

we really enjoyed the stay in the villa varich. The owner is so friendly and helpful you feel at home. The morning coffee is the best in Thailand. In the evening you think you are sitting in the jungle listening to the sounds of nature. Anyone who does not seek a party place and has no problem with it 15 minutes to drive to the city I would highly recommend this hotel. thank you villa varich

Wir haben leider nur 1 Nacht bei der Weiterreise in der Villa Varich verbracht. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bei fragen stehen sie dir zur Seite und helfen falls möglich. Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen jedoch sehr gepflegt und einladent. Wir werden auf jedenfall das nächste mal länger bleiben.

Amazing !!!! ”
An amazing location in the middle of a super quiet coconut plantation. Only a 20 min drive from the city but with the feeling that you are in the middle of a Forrest. The facility’s where spotless, warm shower comfy bed and very peaceful. Breakfast in the morning in a little hut next to then river was simply lovely. the hostess was extremely polite and helpful telling us stories about the plantation and we could even borrow a bike to ride around . A fantastic experience. I will definatly recommend this place and hopefully will return again soon.
