Astonishing But Neglected”
I feel that this place needs a little more love. The pool is non-functioning. Room is quite dusty. But the wood work and the looks of this place is cool and the staff is polite. It just needs more care.

Not a good value for money”
This is a huge villa with several rooms. It has an amazing decoration and furniture. All were classic and traditional luxury. But there were a lot of mosquitos at night. No way you can stop them from coming because of the design of the window with many holes. There was no hot water in the bathroom and sometimes the water pressure in the bathroom was too low.

A Gem in the City”
The architecture, peaceful and its location
We stayed a night, booking two rooms for 5 pax. The architecture was superb and a lot of effort was put in to build the place. Everything was good coz it has to go with the concept of the hotel. Woody, dark and rustic. Mosquitoes is a problem, so bring repellent. Water pressure is low. Room was spacious and bed was huge, good for 3 adults. Even the pillows were filled with "kekabu". A typical Malay/Javanese home. Swimming pool was underneath the hotel and it was rather small. Breakfast was simple, either a plate of nasi lemak, lontong or lontong kering with coffee and tea. No buffett spread or whatsoever. The staff named Topan was helpful and will assist you whatever he can. The place is quite and can be complicated to find, Apps might fail you. It is located about 200m behind Double Tree Hilton. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, the peacefulness and the experiences that you can never get staying in a concrete hotel. I recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a difference.

It was all so pretty and such untill... ”
Everything was so nice and friendly untill my one year old daughter has red marks ( we suspected bed bugs or mosquitoes) on her hands and legs and even eyes! i know they have only 2 housekeepers to manage the hotel but please take serious note on this issue. I have to bring her to paeds for this small red bums and it was confirmed that she was bitten by bedbugs!

Lovely wood carving”
Great location, nice architecture, beautiful wooden crafted furniture, friendly staff and superb breakfast. Sadly this villa is not well maintained. Lots of broken items in the room. Pool is a bit dirty. Hand soap & toilet papers was not provided. Not sure whether i was the only one who was not been given all these.

In awe with the Javanese concept...”
The Javanese architecture, the tranquility and location
It was an impromptu decision to stay at the Villa Warisan as it's the nearest hotel available at that time. We were so impressed by the exterior and interior of this lodging that the first thing we did was to take pictures as it's getting dark. We love the room, the simplicity and humility of Taufan the keeper and also that cute indoor swimming pool which we can view from the top..that's pretty cool... :)..the only problem was the Mosquitos ...I hope something can be done about it because otherwise this is such a beautiful place to stay. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay or even have events here. Hope you will do much better in the future and have a full on restaurant too!! :D thank you for a unique and beautiful experience... :)
