Exceptional”
The one issue we had was that we were told we were going to have a king size bed. It was definitely not a king size. We made due, but wished the bed would been the size we expected. We would definitely stay there again though! The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Great location & Clean Rooms”
This is a great location perched over Peak 9 chair. The room / condo was perfect with a full kitchen and decent pullout. Checking in can be a bit confusing but just go to Village at Breckinridge Resort and park in the 15min visitor welcome parking (garage). You will pay $50/day for the garage but probably worth it for some convenience. However, they only permit one vehicle per reservation so use the Ice Rink lot and shuttle a car. Overall a great location!

Great location and the room was very updated. Stayed with my family and wouldn’t want to stay more than two nights as the room is a studio. The resort is updating all their recreation facilities.

Village At Breckenridge”
Apart from some hiccups in check-in due to covid related changes we had a very noce weekend. The room was exceptionally clean and we felt very good about health and safety. The hotel is very well located right in the center of Down-Town. Parking in the garage is recommended as in town overnight parking is very difficult.

If you get a good rate, it’s worth it. Otherwise, comparing to other places, this one definitely has lacking amenities. No shuttle, lackluster pool (yes, even though they claim it’s been redone), no house keeping, parking not included..

We went on a ski trip and chose this option for the closeness to the ski lift. When we arrive we learned there was no parking included and needed to move our car everyday to a different location and ended not using the lift or appreciating the location.

Checking in was confusing and took about an hour (they are VERY understaffed). Bedding for the pullout would have been nice. Overall it’s not that bad.

Location and Hot Tubs for the Win”
Rooms were good. Not top notch compared to similar priced hotels. However, the location is the best of the best. Staff was great. Best part? - the hot tubs and saunas.

Not pet friendly ”
I booked with them because Google said they were pet friendly. They are not and I didn't get to stay there. The staff was nice but there is no reason why in a pet friendly town, they wouldn't let well-behaved dogs stay for a small fee.

Premier suite wasn't premier.”
Condo 2202 wasn't nearly as nice as the photos shown, which made me choose the more expensive "premier " suite in the 1st place. The carpets were stained, with carpet staples sticking up that stabbed me & my grandkids feet if we forgot to wear our shoes! The furniture wasn't nearly as nice, less square footage in the great room area, even the handles of closets didn't match. And, etc... Next visit I will most definitely preview before even unloading my luggage. The Village itself is great! We loved the location, the rec room, pool area, arcade & etc. We had a great time! With the exception of one front desk clerk, as we 1st checked in, we thought the employees were very accommodating & pleasant. Unfortunately, I waited at the front desk for the attendant to return for 15 minutes after seeing the condo. We were tired & hungry, so chose to straighten it out the following day, when the manager worked with us until we felt less cheated. I still would have preferred to have experienced a nicer unit with my grandkids, as it was our only vacation this summer.
