Awesome homestay in the nature”
Very nice and quiet place in a small Village, perfect for couples. Rooms are clean and nice. It's a little bit outside the center but its cheap to rent a scooter at the homestay what is necessary for Kuta anyways. The family is very friendly and prepares tasty breakfast every morning. Would come back for sure!

We had a great time at the village corner Homestay. We extended our stay to 6 nights. The breakfast was really tasty! We loved the surroundings of the Homestay with locals, some monkeys and the jungle. I would definitely come back!

The homestay is inside a small village at 6min by motorbike from Kuta. The owner is very friendly and helped us in everything we needed. Tasty breakfast, clean room, big bathroom and comfortable bed. We highly recomend this place!!

Quiet. Lovely family. Good food!”
Sahrun and his family were so lovely and welcoming. The homestay is situated on top a hill with such a nice out look over the jungle. You'll spot a few monkeys playing in the tree out front they were quite entertaining to watch. Sahrun offered us to have dinner with him and his family, if you want a real Indonesian experience take him up on that offer. Food was delicious!! Hope your hungry cause there was heaps, great value. We wish Sahrun and his homestay all the best! :) Maike & James

Sanhur was such a friendly host, as was his wife. We really enjoyed our stay surrounded by nature - the homestay is at the top of a long dirt track so it's nicely tucked away. Breakfast was amazing each morning. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Amazing stay”
We stayed just for two nights and couldn't extend because our journey ended. The Bungalow was really beautiful and new. The owner made the best breakfast we had in our 7 week travel, all fresh cooked and served to our terrace. The owner was really friendly and gave us good recommendations for beaches and more. We really enjoyed our time. Yes the road up is a bit bumpy, but makeable.

We absolutely loved our stay and the family couldn’t be more attentive and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was served every morning with both an omelette AND pancakes (the best pancakes we’ve had so far) with a choice of coffee or tea. Pillows were very high and quite uncomfortable (literally the only negative). Rent hire available for cheap and in a perfectly good location for food and amenities. It is quite literally up in the mountains so it’s lovely and tucked away. Overall, I’d Definitely recommend but bring your own pillow to avoid neck ache.

I had a great stay and will not hesitate when back in Kuta Mandalika to return to village corner. Many thanks.

IDEAL!”
Me iba a quedar 2 noches y terminé quedandome 9. Cabañas en medio de la selva, literalmente, y reformadas. Todas disponen de aire acondicionado y son muy amplias. La limpieza es impecable. Sahrun, es el hombre que lo lleva y tengo que decir que es un crack. Él mismo es quien te prepara el desayuno todas las mañanas y tengo que decir que estaba tan rico que cuando llegaba la noche ya tenia ganas de que fuera por la mañana para poder comer (jaja). Muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Le irá bien seguro, ya que ahora está montando alguna cabañita más y las que tiene siempre estan ocupadas. Muy buena relacion calidad-precio. El sitio esta dentro de la selva, por tanto, hay que recorrer un senderito de no mas de 5 minutos en moto para poder llegar, pero realmente vale mucho la pena. Se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad y si quieres ir donde los restaurantes y todo en Kuta esta practicamente al lado cuando sales del sendero. MUY recomendable. Sin duda, volveré.

Nous avons adoré nos 5 nuits au Village Corner Homestay. La famille est au petit soin avec nous, ils sont tellement gentils! L'endroit est dans une rue un peu à l'écart de la ville, il faut absolument un scooter pour se déplacer. Excellent prix pour le scooter directement à la guesthouse à 50K IDR, et on se rend downtown Kuta en moins de 5 minutes. C'est ultra authentique, simple mais très confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents.

Saroun est un hôte extra d'une gentillesse incroyable. Les chambres sont neuves, les lits très confortable, l'endroit est paisible. Possibilité de louer un scooter avec le plein d'essence ce qui est rare. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Je recommande a 100% Merci pour ce super séjour

Wir hatten einfach eine tolle Zeit in Sahruns Homestay! Unser Haus war sehr sauber und authentisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ein Traum - unbedingt den selbsthergestellten Kopi probieren! Wir konnten unsere Wasserflaschen jederzeit auffüllen. Bei Sahrun bekommt man auch preisgünstig einen Roller. Das Homestay ist etwas abgelegen, dafür ist es wunderbar ruhig. Man ist mitten in der Natur am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Perfekt um dem Lärm in Kuta zu entgehen. Die Gastgeberfamilie könnte nicht herzlicher und hilfsbereiter sein! Ingesamt ein 100% positiver Eindruck.

Ländlich, freundlich aber kein großer Komfort ”
Netter Besitzer, der sehr unaufdringlich ist. Im Homestay gibt es 3 Zimmer und einen Bungalow, ein weiterer wird gerade gebaut. Die Anfahrt ist wirklich abenteuerlich und ohne Roller kommt man nirgends hin. Den gibt's aber recht günstig direkt beim Homestay. Leider sind die Helme ziemlich dreckig. Auch das Zimmer hat schon bessere Tage gesehen und leider laufen auch recht viele Tierchen darin rum. Das Frühstück ist dafür super lecker und reichhaltig. Ah und nicht erschrecken, wenn es nachts auf dem Dach rumpelt - das sind Affen, die über die Dächer springen. Es ist halt sehr ländlich, auf jeden Fall also eine Erfahrung und für den Preis darf man eben keinen Luxus erwarten.

Top Unterkunft für wenig Geld”
Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat uns ein super Frühstück zubereitet! Die Einrichtung besteht nur aus einem Bett und es gibt nur kaltes Wasser aber für den Preis absolut okay und sauber war es auch. Uns haben Kuta-Lombok und die Unterkunft so gut gefallen, dass wir kurzfristig um eine Nacht verlängert haben.

Definitiv zu empfehlen! ”
Uns hat es im Village Corner Homestay super gefallen, sodass wir nach den gebuchten 3 Tagen nochmal um 4 Nächte verlängert haben. Man braucht auf Grund der Lage jedoch immer einen Roller, was aber bei den meisten Unterkünften in der Gegend der Fall ist. Die Familie ist super nett und man bekommt nachmittags oder abends sogar eine Tasse Kaffe oder Tee angeboten. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Man bekommt Pancake, Omelett und frische Früchte, sodass man satt wird. Klimaanlage braucht man nicht, da es abends relativ kühl wird. Dieses Homestay ist ein Besuch wert 😊

Super nettes neues homestay”
Tolle Hütte, fast neu! Die Anlage ist im Aufbau deshalb fehlt es noch an ausgebauten wegen. Dafür sind Häuser und Hütten wie neu und das sehr gute Frühstück wird auf die eigene Terrasse gebracht. Omelette, pancake und Früchte ( Kaffee und Tee) Supernette hilfsbereite Betreiber Roller sind in der Unterkunft günstig zu haben und in super Zustand Man muss wissen das hier in der Unterkunft und rund um Kuta ein Roller Pflicht ist! Ohne kommt man kaum an die tollen Strände der Umgebung Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist schlecht und man sollte schon Roller Erfahrung haben! In die Stadt sind es dann aber auch nur fünf min. Da gibt es alles Sehr ruhig Unterkunft. Top
