Our holiday plans have been cancelled at the very last minute due to the Covid-19 situation here in Singapore. So I decided for a staycay and booked a deluxe room at the hotel to spend time with my family and keep the holiday mood going. I did not expect anything much as I have had room issues before when I was staying at the hotel last May. Much to my surprise, the experience this time exceeded my expectation. When we arrived at the hotel, we were being greeted by friendly staff who assist us with the check in process. There were also free popcorn and ice-cream for hotel guests to enjoy while waiting at the lobby for room to be allocated to them. Staff were so friendly that we casually chat about my holiday plans and also about the room I had previously. Surprise no. 1 - We were being upgraded to a family room after knowing about our last experience with the hotel. We we thrilled and couldn’t thank the hotel enough for it. The experience here was awesome, from check-in to till the time we check out. The young enjoyed the the ice-cream treats and balloon from the lobby staff. The pool was awesome as well. Different depths for different age groups. The aqua aerobics they provide is superb too! And not forgetting the fully equipped gym. Breakfast spread is good too! Lastly, I love the idea of free flow tea and coffee station placed on every floor, and the drinking water provided from the filtered water tap in the room. Good green initiative. Every hotel should have that! Kudos to the staff as well, which made our stay a fun and memorable one. Thank you!

Very pleasant staycation!”
I have really enjoyed during my stay. I have initially book under Village Hotel Sentosa but unfortunately the venue was used for oversea return SHN. However I was transferred to Outpost Hotel and the hospitality that we received were totally blown me off. Firstly not only they have quickly arrange another hotel for me, they have even upgraded my room to sea view! Another surprise and sweet gesture was when I told them we are celebrating our anniversary, a small and very delicious cake was given to us! We had a very enjoyable stay in Outpost and the services they provided were top notch. I hope I get the chances to go back there again after all these dies down. Stay safe everyone!

Pleasant Stay with my Family”
It's our first time to stay at The Village Hotel and we are amazed with the facilities and all. The room wasn't as big but it's like that in Singapore anyways. We would have loved to have closets for our clothes and a table or something. But nonetheless, the staff were really nice and helpful. The restaurant also has delicious food. The breakfast buffet in the morning could have more variety that is more kid friendly but most of the food is delicious. We will definitely come back! :)

Excellent pool and view”
I brought my kid to the pool and i'm very impressed by the warm water in the pool. Despite the cold rain that just passed, the water remain warm for us. Staffs are friendly, place is clean and indeed an excellent place to go to!

We frequent sentosa island's hotels for staycation. This hotel is by far my favourite! The hospitality starts from the check-in at the lobby (with the balloons n ice cream to keep my kids occupied), during the stay with the awesome swimming pool, shuttle service to nearby location, and night movie screening) right until checking-out. Though it was hectic with alot of customers checking in amidst covid-19 temperature taking. butbthe staff was attentive and attend to our small needs very well. It was a really pleasent stay here and my whole family loves it. They even gave us a free buggy ride to our dinner place as we weren't sure how to get there. Thank you for the great service ❤️!

SMALL ROOMS”
A very clean hotel, good service, great pool, can swim till night, they have a shuttle service to Vivo City. The only thing is the rooms are small. and they don't have a wardrobe. Overall, a great hotel for a staycay.

Excellent & Worth for ”
Hotel is new and walking distance from Imbiah Station and Festive Walk (Resort World Sentosa). Awesome scenery -- great landscape design and feel relaxing when we are having our night walk. The room assigned to me is fantastic and we are in love to this hotel. Special thanks to the concierge Sanjiv who attended me during my checking in (explanation without fail)!

Amazing facilities & staff”
They have a kids pool, lazy pool, general pool and also another section of pool and poolside bar where kids are forbidden. Impressive landscaping. 7-11 just beside room block. 10mins walk over to RWS. Really friendly and service orientated staffs. Only bad thingy was that rooms are really small. Family rooms are actually 2 adjoining rooms. Aqua Zumba sessions were held at the pool during our stay. Every family need to stay there once for the facilities.

Great hospitality and wonderful facilities BUT”
This hotel was perfect for our short staycation. My kids are 2 and 4 and we couldn’t get a family room for both nights, so we were in a deluxe room for the first night. Thankfully we were given a wheelchair accessible room which had enough room for our luggage, double stroller and space to walk around but once we moved to the family room and saw what the normal deluxe room size was, we realized how tiny they were! If you have more than one large suitcase, this is not the room for you! I don’t know what the hotel offers for larger rooms but the deluxe are very small. The hotel and staff more than make up for the room size though. Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating staff coupled with exceptional facilities, especially the pools which were perfect for our kids age, I’d definitely stay again, without hesitation. I’d just ensure to pack light ;)

Loved the family room (which is actually 2 adjoining rooms so you get TWO bathrooms!). The pools were not big but the design is such that everyone can find a corner to chill! Staff very friendly and concierge gives mini corner to ice cream to kids and kids-at-heart folks!

Very Friendly And Great Place ”
I went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was only 1 month old ^^ so clean. And quite cute design. I'd say there are very many rooms so each floor is like a maze but I didn't mind it. Because our room was never used (I guess) the shower head was not correctly assembled when we tried it at night - the staff immediately contacted the engineer and relocated us to another room + complimentary service was also provided. Thank you, it really made us feel well treated with hospitality.

It was a good experience. First time booking hotel within Singapore for just over the weekend get a way. Hotel was really nice and quite new. Near all the attractions in Sentosa, can join the crowd especially at night. Overall good hotel and worth the price.

Exceptional”
Great hotel for family with young children. There are 3 child friendly pool for the kids. Just 5 mins walk to USS and more eateries. Only thing, the toilet is kinda small and the auto toilet kind of annoying. But a good to have cause the toilet has seat warmer!
