Their hospitality truly elevated the stay. Parking was hassle-free, complimentary for guests and thanks to the ample carpark availability. A rare convenience in many hotels. The dining promotions were an added bonus, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals without worrying about costs. The convenience of 24-hour vending machines and complimentary tea and coffee anytime was a thoughtful touch, ensuring I never had to go far for a quick snack or a comforting drink. One unique feature that stood out was the in-room water dispenser, an eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic bottles. This initiative not only promoted sustainability but also ensured fresh, clean water was always available. The hotel’s commitment to the environment was further evident in their other green practices, such as energy-efficient lighting and waste reduction efforts. It’s heartening to see a hotel take meaningful steps toward sustainability without compromising guest comfort. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of readily available hot water in the room. While the electric kettle worked fine, having an instant hot water dispenser (similar to the regular water dispenser) would elevate convenience, especially for guests who need to prepare milk for babies/toddlers. Perhaps this is something the hotel could consider for future upgrades. Overall, my stay at Sentosa Village Hotel was rejuvenating and memorable. The blend of relaxation, top-notch service, and sustainability efforts made it a standout experience. I eagerly look forward to returning and hope to see even more exciting initiatives in the future. Wonderful Stay for the Whole Family! We absolutely loved our stay at Village Hotel Sentosa! The ambience was fantastic—calm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our children especially enjoyed the various pools; they had an amazing time splashing around and exploring all the different pool zones. Though the rooms are on the smaller side, they are thoughtfully designed—compact yet very functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The corridors and rooms felt peaceful and safe (definitely not haunted, which is always a plus!). Overall, we loved everything about our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and pleasant holiday on Sentosa! A quick shout out to the gentlemen at the concierge who kindly gave us the best room with the best view. "You're the best and it had made my stay with children and hubs a meaningful one". It was a good respite during this challenging times and moments with our family. Thanks for the sweet gesture. It lifted our spirits up!

Had a lovely stay with my family over the national day weekend! Some hiccups at check in (we were initially told we had to wait till 4pm for check in but after checking again the receptionist said we could check in earlier around 2.30pm) Received helium balloons and macroons from hotel for my daughters birthday - a nice touch from the hotel! Room was really clean and well designed. While the room was only 22sqm, it actually felt much more spacious than that. Furnishings and fittings were of good quality! We loved the pool so much - spent almost 3 hours by the pool! Tip - go earlier before the evening crowd comes in to secure a sun bed by the adventure pools! Due to NDP weekend, the hotel had national day themed food booths for free. (Queue was way too long though!) It was such a nice touch! Very glad to see tourists get to try things like prata, teh tarik, satay, traditional ice cream! All in all a lovely stay, would definitely pick Village Hotel Sentosa for a staycaytion again in the bear future!

Highly recommend affordable range, amazing pools for all ages. Hotel very nearby walkable distance to kfc, 7/11 and also to uss. Its at the heart middle section walkable to even the beach station! Incredible guest service by Farez and team Bella and Wini! Attentive to details and ensure all are to customers comfort! Breat breakfast spread even with hot noodle soup to western and local buffet spread! Will always return again for my kid school holiday

“A Cozy and Memorable Stay in Sentosa – Amazing Service!”
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and as it was our first time in Sentosa, we were really looking forward to the experience. My husband drove a 13-seater combi minibus, and we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel allowed us to park at the coach/concierge area—major thumbs up for that convenience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Winnie—she was very friendly, incredibly helpful, and full of energy. I jokingly called her a "talking Google Map" because she knew everything and guided us so well! Truly exceptional service—we’ve never had this level of personal attention at any other hotel. Check-in did take quite a while, though. It would be nice if welcome drinks could be provided for guests waiting in line, especially after a long journey. That small gesture would really enhance the experience. Since it was our wedding anniversary, the room was beautifully decorated—it was such a thoughtful surprise! I absolutely loved it. Love, love, love! While the room itself was very small (and no wardrobe made things a bit messy when it came to hanging clothes), the coziness added to the charm. A special shoutout to Athena, the cleaning lady—she was so kind to our kids and really went above and beyond. Please keep her on your team—she’s a gem! We also caught the nearby fireworks and getting around with the shuttle bus was super easy. Having a 7-Eleven just downstairs was another plus. We didn’t manage to catch the movie as the screen was a bit too small for our kids to enjoy from a distance, but the overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and welcoming. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. This hotel may be compact, but it wins big on service, warmth, and location. Well done!
