A 30% prepayment deposit via credit card is required to secure your reservation. Out of the office shift, Sundays and public Holidays, key collection will be done in: Gasolinera REPSOL 24/7, L'Esport 2, 03710, Calpe. The pending amount should be pay at the following working day in the office. Please note that for a full refund of your security deposit you must leave the accommodation in acceptable conditions, throw out the trash and leave the kitchenware clean. Own transportation is recommended as there is not public transportation in the property. Please note that on Sundays and public holidays damage inspections are not carried out. Guests checking out on Sundays or public holidays will receive the damage deposit refund 48 hours after check out. For an extra cost of EUR 30, damage inspections and damage deposit refunds can be done on Sundays and public holidays. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: C/ Corbeta 5, 03710 CALPE. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villas Costa Calpe - Estación II in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
