The room was very clean even though the prices are in budget range. Its a good, quiet place to spend the night when you need to. I will come back here again.

The bed is too soft and we did not have a comfortable sleep. The hotel is a bit far from train station Villawood and we did wait for a long time to catch train (20-30 minutes)

Arrived at about 3.20 pm and there was no one to check me in when someone got there it took unnecessarily long. I was in a hurry to go out and I was unable to leave the until after 3.35 pm. The room was clean and cool as the air conditioner had been turned on. TV and internet worked fine. There were tea and coffee bags but unfortunately no milk. The toilets were fairly clean. Apart from the slow check in and the lack of milk there was nothing bad. The bar was advertised as being open until late but there didn't seem to be people about when I returned so didn't try it.

I had a single bed room. Clean and comfortable, a bit small but no complaints. Was quiet on a Tuesday night but it may be a different story on the weekend. Air conditioner worked well.

Misleading and INFESTED ”
We booked last minute due to exhaustion from visiting a family member. On website we selected for 2 adults and 2 children with request for 2twin beds. We received confirmation from hotel that request has been confirmed. I told my husband to go ahead first as I wanted to spend more time at the hospital. When my husband arrived with my son there was only one bed in room. Sandra (reception) advised that they had no other rooms with twin beds even though we received email confirmation directly from them that it has been approved. She doesn’t know why the allowed booking etc.. while I was still at the hospital My husband called me and advised that he found cockroaches in the bed sheets And under the bed. My husband went and showed photos and they changed the bed sheets and offered another room. I told him to leave immediately and ask for a refund. I have not heard from the hotel. I will never recommend to anyone. Staying in an cockroach infested place is absolutely disgusting.

The plus it was new that is it ..... no internet as it was advertised ... read small print when booking room they took deposit that was 250 ... When I checked in the bathroom still had previous guest dirty soap in the shower the cleaning if you can call it that was very minimum..it took forever to check out The bass hill motel may not be as new but better value

Very clean n new room Comfortable bed with air con Receptionist‘s attitude is just so so The bad is the check in rule is very strict. Arrive earlier than 1000 n the reception told us we couldn't drop our luggage before 1000(reception open). And early check in fee aud 30 is charged for early check in

A hotel viszonylag könnyen megtalálható. Akár a Villawood állomástól gyalog, akár a Parramatta állomástól a 907-es busszal. A szobában érdekes dolgok voltak kiírva. Figyelmeztetések voltak kiírva, hogy ha nyitva hagyom az ajtót zuhanyzás után akkor 1500 dollár bírság vár rám, mert kijönnek a tűzoltók. A kijelentkezés nem lehetséges hajnalban!!!!
