VinPearl Vacation Experience ”
From beginning to checkout, staying at Discovery was an incredible experience. The staff was extremely courteous, efficient and helpful. Free drinks while waiting was a bonus. The souvenir shop and bakery is a nice addition. My girlfriend and I were approached and offered a private dinner for 2 on the beach. Little did we know how magical that night would be! When we arrived at the beach, we had a private staff greet us, serve us food and provide a romantic dinner with a full course meal. The dinner staff stayed extra late while we ate slowly and even played music while we sat. The Villa experience was a dream. We somehow got upgraded to a 3 bedroom and the rooms were immaculate. The transportation and staff were on hand immediately if anything was needed. Room service was delicious and fast. VinWonders was so exciting! Everything was clean and eventful. The aquarium was awesome and the inside was a marvel! Overall the experience was way beyond my expectations and I would highly, highly recommend anyone to stay here!!

Property was really nice, smooth check-inn , location is just on the beach .. we had great stay… just one disappointment that villa has kitchen but they do not provide any crockery, cutlery and utensils to cook for your own

Amazing, comfortable stay”
The 4 bedroom villa was amazing! Huge,clean and comfortable. The rooms were also well-equipped. Service staff were prompt to attend to our needs. There was also a kids play area for guests with young kids which my toddler enjoyed. One downside was the distance from the city centre but if the intent is to explore northern Phu Quoc, it is a fantastic base. The other downside was that the front desk would not be able to help with any restaurant bookings if the restaurants were not related to the hotel. Which explains why I only gave 4 stars for service.

Staffs are very kind and offer helping with good attitudes, we were having 3 nights with full-meal, for the final day we checked out at 10:20 and they still actively offered us lunch box for the trip to airport. Meals are upper medium to me though the taste is depending on personal favorite, but there are plenty choices of foods which I think is good enough for this level of room rate. Overall servises were good, we stayed in a 2 rooms villa with elders and children, everyone was satisfied, what guests need to pay attention for is since there are trees, plants and grass around so there will have small bugs fly in if you don't oftenly close the door at private pool site, and the room servise seems not include cleaning up the leaves that floating on the private pool (especially when there is strong wind). I truely recommend family with elders and kids for this villa

- I booked 3-bed room villa with ocean view in promotion deal hence cost is quite reasonable, including 2 buffets per day. + Room is large, beautiful private swimming pool. + Food is good, buffet is changed daily. - Airport shuttle bus of Vin is not really good. Have to walk quite far under the sun without umbrella. They combine with group of pax staying other place as Vin oasis...etc. - location is very far from city or market. But its ok if all you need is playing in Vin Wonder and Safari.
