Lovely stay”
The Hotel was fantastic, very grand and a few minutes' taxi ride from the train station. We stayed in the hotel from 01/11/2019 to 03/11/2019. I was given a room on the 14th floor, our friends had an issue with their room which the staff were more than happy to accommodate a move. Netflix on the Smart TVs within the room was a nice touch (you will need your own login). Breakfast was excellent with various Vietnamese options as well as the continental break. We arranged an excursion via the hotel to T`ien Son Caves, this was seamless and around 800VND for the day trip. Our train transfer was after our check out time on the 03/11/2019, the hotel were happy for us to continue to use the hotel's facilities and look after our luggage until we departed later that evening. I would definitely use the hotel again when I return to Dong Hoi.

I've lived in Da Nang ,Vietnam for 3 years. This was my first visit to Dong Hoi (to see the caves). I booked the Vinpearl for 2 nights, but liked it so much I stayed for 5. The hotel is five star in every sense - immaculate, classy, wonderful staff, rooms/views, facilities (esp. pool), dining & location. I'm planning a return trip.

Amazing Stay”
We loved the Vinpearl and wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was amazing and very helpful! It was our Honeymoon and they sent us up a cake to the room. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean and river. The pool was also amazing! We would highly recommend the Vinpearl to anyone in the area!

Everything is just perfect! Newly built & well trained staffs who pay attention to such tiny details. Have some difficulties changing the dates of my visit due to the pandemic but Be & Huong at Sales dept are super supportive. This place has the most beautiful pool I have ever been to. - very good value for the price (50 dollar /night) - great staff making everything possible - wide variety with excellent service at the huge intercontinental/vietnamese breakfast buffet - nice view of the city and the river - the swimming pool unfortunately with a lot of external guests and swimming classes

Great hotel for very fair price”
Great hotel with very nice rooms. Beds comfortable, view is great. Bathroom had a wonderful shower and great bathtube. Wifi was exeptional, the best we had in Vietnam. Just the restaurant's staff could practise a little more english, but everyone was very nice.

The hotel is very lush, but in comparison to thang hoa you still need to work on it . It would be nice to have a distinctive scent to the hotel like lilies or something. It would be lovely to have a bar and a table stools in the patio ( in the swimming pool area) . Restaurant on 6th floor looks a little bit grim. Staff is very nice and helpful. The guy who looks after the swimming pool is very helpful too. Dear manager how about to hire an English tutor for your employees i think this would increase cervice and the hotel rating imediatly. :) Thank you

This hotel was very new when we booked room here, and everything was great. Breakfast was much better compared to Muong Thanh Nhat Le - another 5-star hotel in QB. The swimming pool was clean but I would prefer an outside pool.

As the hotel as only just opened it is still having some small teething issues but overall my stay was very enjoyable and will stay again. Temperature in swimming pool needs to be increased for cold winter days. Spoke with the front office manager about my concerns and I'm sure they will address them. Very good hotel and a good stay
