Good value for money. It is spacious can sleep up to 6 person. There are staffs to clean the apartment before check-in. It is very clean and suitable for family with children. It is within walking distance to Pavilion, Fahrenheit, KLCC Suria Shopping mall and KLCC Convention Centre.

Very good location”
Stayed here for an expo in KLCC. Perfect location. Faster to walk there then driving. Only downside was the check in instruction wasn't clearly informed ahead of time. Room was of decent size for the price.

Located at the centre of KL, walking distance to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang and KLCC. We stayed at the 3 bedroom suite, with big space. One of the room without door but with curtain.

Refund for tragic experience”
On the night of 12th Feb, the ceiling at the kitchen collapsed and flooded the entire unit. Water was pouring down from the ceiling and forced us to abruptly gather all our belongings in darkness due to power trip. We were moved out to a smaller unit on the adjacent building with some of our clothes and shoes soaked by the flooding water. The new unit was far from satisfactory but we had no choice because it was near midnight and the incident has already traumatized my mother in-law who has heart problem. I expect Agoda to compensate us for the traumatic experience we suffered during our stay.

Aircon didn't work at all”
When I checked in about 11pm, the check in staff explained that the aircon would take a while to cool down. However, a few hours later, the aircon remained hot and I was sweating in the unit and unable to sleep. The staff messaged that they could only handle it the next morning. All 3 aircons in the the place were not working and barely blew hot air. The next day I was offered another unit in a different building. The aircons worked but the place has cockroaches, which is another story. It is unfortunate that this unit in a great location is let down by poor maintenance and upkeep.

Unit is small, 1 bathroom for 2 bedroom. Cleanliness is bad for the bathroom and door can't lock. Extra bed in hall is broken. Not comfortable bed and noisy aircond. Definitely won't be back again. The only good thing is location.

Bad experience at apartment C8-1”
The bathroom is horrible, floors with green fungus, towels, sofas with bad smell. The whole apartment is smelly. We have to check in before 8pm, basically late check in not allowed. Swimming pool need to pay, rm40/ person. Worse apartment in my experience.

No access to swimming pool, cheap and worn out furnitures, dirty.”
We were not aware that there’s no access to swimming pool until after check in. When we call the host/agent, she said they never put picture of pool in the agoda so its understood. The furnitures are cheap and worn out. Only sofa bed in the living room. Floor was dusty. Basically serviced residence on the outside but cheap flat on the inside. Huge frustration for RM300 a night.

Dirty and lousy apartment ”
Need to call to get key.upon entering, only 1 toilet for 2 bedroom!. Toilet paper given only half roll used by previous tenant!oven cannot be used as the knob is spoiled!my apartment at 23 storey! Sofa bed got bad smell. Soup dispenser faulty too! Washing machine not working especially dryer! Despite dried for more than 1 hour still wet! Lousy and very disappointed! Swimming pool need to pay to use! I rather book a hotel! Stay if u want to experiences all these!

My family had a good stay at ViPod Suites. Great location, just walking distance to Petronas Towers. The owner was so understanding of our late check in. I would recommend this to families or group of friends. The only suggestion I would like to make is to inform customers that the pool opens 8AM and closes at 10PM.

Booked 3 bedroom suite at lower level. Nice interior design with good furniture. Comfortable beds can easily accommodate 6 adults. Washing machine , dryer, basic cooking utensils provided. 3-7 minutes walking distance to KLCC and Pavillion / Bkt Bintang. 7-11 available at nearby. Car park available. Will come back again.

Vipod is an excellent choice”
Vipod is in an excellent location if you are attending a KLCC conference. Very convenient via Kelana Jaya line for tour anywhere and for airport transfers. I think it also depends on your host, our host Mr Gregory and his asst Mr Wayne are very accommodating and hospitable 😄
