The primary thing we stay in a hotel or serviced apartment is a good night sleep. This bed mattress is the worst We have ever got in the world. It is from soft sponge that do not support our back bone. This is not a serviced apartment but, an idle apartment with no reception nor any service!.

Started out arriving at the estate noon, dialled the numbers on the door of the property including buzzing the staff but to no avail. Went on to call Agoda for assistance and they managed to get a person to assist, Waited for another 45mins in the cold outside the door of the property till the host came. I honestly was not impressed enough with the room, standards are high but not with a 5 star rating. Property was comfortable enough but i reckon we paid much more than what we should have.
