Booked 2BR apartment for Group of 4. Overall, the experience was okay. This is a self-check in hotel, so make sure you contact the accommodation owner early and get all the documents ready before you go to check in. Since it is post-covid, a lot of docs need to be furnished including IC and Covid vaccine pass for ALL guest so doing it in advance will be helpful.

Cleanliness not up to par ”
You might be happy seeing a room with good deal, but you need to pay cleaning fees of RM80, and this amount only reflected when you want to check out during payments. I pay in hopes the unit cleanliness to be impeccable, sanitized and all, but the unit we stayed is by standard - dirty. I am not sure the cleaning company shortchanged the mgmt, but the PIC from mgmt should check the unit once a while. Given option, guest should be refunded RM80 for the kind of cleanliness quality they are receiving.

I won’t book this for my next trip again !”
A lot of baby cockroach and even I contact the host they didn’t take any action for the problems. Somehow the bed it’s feel itchy , the environment very noisy I can’t sleep the whole night ! Please take noted for this ! I paid for nearly 500 but I get this such of environment I feel disappointed !

Difficult to deal and difficult for travelers ”
This is my very bad experience with the property host’s service ever!! Check in at 3pm(this is normal). Due to Covid-19 SOP, they just left the key in the postbox and only give the password and box no details during check in (received msj from them at 2.17pm, this is good). 1) During check in: Check in time is at 3pm. And they noticed us through whatsapp saying that there will be water disruption at 3.11pm. And we already there, getting ready to check in. one postbox don’t have key, so need to waited for 13mins for them to give another box key password which mean thy gv me different unit.we still ok with it.. 2)during stay: We made complain because the water pressure very low and they suggested us to carry forward the stay or if we check out in the same day, they will request refund from agoda which take us 1 month to wait for the refund..the problem is, why they never notified us before we do the check in? Maybe at the morning time??Atleast we know what to do. Atleast we can postpone the stay without driving all the way to Genting.. what do u expected,with group of people and we already at their premises, only inform us about the water problem and advise us to postpone the stay??? They know they have water problem, but they never prepare something like big container to keep the water for us..And this premise have many rules.. for example, when u check out, everything must be clean.. can’t put dirty dishes in the sink bla bla bla.. rubbish must packed and thrown in the refuse room.switch off electricity and bla bla bla..meaning this premise prefer us to do all self service including cleaning the unit.. During checkout : and during checkout u need to return all the key and card latest by 11am, if not extra charge will be add on(Charge rm100/hour ).during check out,you need to take the video that u already put the key and access card and lock the box. 3)security deposit: 1 unit rm200. Earliest they can release your security deposit is 48hours after check out(depend

Fair price for the room but inconvenience ”
Positive 1. Cheap for Entire apartment, 2LDK. 2. Bath tab and fairly hot water. Negative 1. It's 15km from GH. 2. It has additional cleaning fee but visitor need to briefly clean the premise 3. A lot of instructions, dos and don'ts like how to take the key, how to park, how to throw rubbish, etc. 4. Owner will not pickup call if u call, just wassap. 5. Pool need to book 1 day before, only for 2 persons. For me, a family of 6, it's not a good option. 6. Spot a cockroach As a conclusions, cheap price for the entire apartment, but the service is not good, and the location also is a bit far from GH.

We had an awful experience with this property. We reached the property around 3pm, but were not allowed to enter property because we have no information of which unit we were booking. This is a plus point for security as they really have a good security system. We were unable to contact the property by the phone number they posted in the website (they are not standby at the lobby to assist you either). After contacting Agoda then only able to get the correct phone number. When I contacted the property, they said the room was not ready yet, as sanitation was on-going (which is a must during this COVID era), would have to wait for another one hour!!! That time was already 4.30pm!!!! By the time we were allowed to check in, it was already 6pm!!! Secondly, they charged us RM90 for cleaning fee, but stain and dust were everywhere. It was visible clearly on the tabletop, window and toilet. Don't think it was cleaned properly. I would never ever go back to this property anymore.
