Nearest hotel to cat cat village hike”
Arrived at 1am on a chilly friday morning after a long sleeper bus ride from the airport and had no issues with check in. However, hot water was not working and had to get the staff to fix it in the middle of the night. Thankfully they managed to fix it 20mins later. The hotel claimed to have the best valley views of sapa but not in my opinion. Probably because our deluxe room at level 4 was not high enough. Breakfast buffet was simple and decent. The pho was delicious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Although the location was very good for trekking down to catcat village, it means that you need to climb up the hill to get to sapa town area. I would recommend just book the cheapest room at level 2 or 3 and dont be lured by the private balcony room as the balcony size was so small it couldn't fit a chair. Nevertheless, its still a 5 star for me

A little out of town”
Many hotels are closer to the centre of town. I couldn't fault the staff. They were excellent.

Old hotell.”
Booked a suit with Mountain view 1hour before arriving they say that room had problems. Later found out that the room was already rented out so they made us look at 2different rooms not same class or price. First was a regular room 25-30sqm the one i booked was 55sqm suit. Second room was at their brother hotell which did not have good Mountain view or a nice room more then it was big. I do not recommend this hotell very bad service and the food menu does not even have price listed.

Amazing View!!”
Would highly recommend staying here. Sapa Vista will be my first choice when I return to Sapa. We arrived early in the morning along with many others from the overnight train from Hanoi. They offered all of us a place to store our luggage and told us we could have a hot shower on level 2 in a very organised shower room with towels provided. Luckily our room was available to check into around 9am at no extra cost. Our room was incredible!!! Beds are super soft, clean and room is well planned. The view was beyond words. We were on the 7th Floor looking out over uninterrupted views of the Sapa mountains. Breakfast is pretty average but you can go elsewhere for better choice. It's about a 10 minute walk into town. There are shops closer if you need anything like water or snacks. They helped us organise our trekking tour and trip to Fansipan Mountain. All pretty good on the price front too. If you go on a clear/sunny day try to fit everything in on the one day (trek and cable car) as the weather is very unpredictable!! We had a great stay and hope you do too!!

Supreme view”
This hotel is located between Cat Cat, Ta Van and Sapa center. If you can drive rental bike. this hotel is one of the best location. ( Sapa Vista provide rental bike with reasonable price :-) ) . The soundproofing of the room is not good. but considering the price, it is acceptable.

Excellent vista”
If you're looking for one of the best views in Sapa, then the Vista is excellent. We were on the 6th floor and had uninterrupted views down the valley below & into the mountains above. The room was good, although the bed a bit soft for my liking, the view from the bed with the curtain open is awesome. Breakfast was mostly Viet style and was quite adequate. Staff had a good understanding of English, and were all friendly. The retail shop in the hotel is handy too. As with most of virtnythere can be some construction noise from the streets, but it's quite common as this country is upgrading its tourist facilities. We would definitely stay at the vista again, it's a fair walk to the town centre but the view is worth it

Great view & great service”
The staffs area very kind and provide professional information to us. You can enjoy the mountain view just inside the room where located at a place which a lot of tourist will stop by for photo while on the way to cat cat village. The hotel provide motorbike rental with cheaper price and good price for massage (similar price where you can find in Sapa). We do enjoy the stay at here !

Good view, good management ”
Booking this hotel I was worried it would be a bit faar away. Turned out it was not that much of a issue for me. Sapa is not big and it's walkable. However it's downhill from the centre so be prepared for cardiac exercise walking from hotel to centre. A walk takes about 10 or 15 minutes. I booked the deluxe with mountain view. It was better than what the pictures say. Totally worth it. However, you will get a lot of good views doing the trekking also. Just saying. Staff was good enough but I found the breakfast a bit thin. I'd expected more of a 3.5 or 4 star hotel. The hotel is at walking distance from Catcat village. You can book a tour or go there yourself. I would however recommend booking a tour due to supporting reasons. The guides are villagewomen who do their living guiding you. They have not learned much English at school - they learned by talking. And their English is amazingly good. No problem to understand and they take care of you in best possible way.

GREAT MOUNTAIN VIEW”
Even though the distance from town center is quite far (about 15min walk), the view it offers is fantastic. it's also away from the noisy and dusty town center which is looking like a construction site. the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast is decent and you can get all the tours assistance here at value for money price compared to those offered in Hanoi for Sapa hiking tour.

Thank u for all staff.”
If i visit to Sapa again, i will stay here. All staff was really kind and nice. And breakfast was also good. When i arrived Sapa, at that time was too early. But the hotel staff helped me check-in. And when i leave from here, they checked my bus time and called safe taxi for me. Thank u very much :) I hope always good luck to this hotel !

Clean and comfort”
Hotel is clean and comfort. We booked here because of the view from hotel. However, the hotel is near to Sapa town but need 5-10 mins walking distance (is need to climb up to the town) which is not suitable for those not a exercise person.

Exceptional”
We are a group of three traveling and booked a room here after a trek in Sapa and it was the perfect place to stay after a long trek. The staff was great about helping us book bus tickets back to Hanoi. We greatly appreciated the laundry service, and the room was very clean with a view we couldn’t believe we had only paid $35 for!

Beautiful views of the mountains”
Good basic hotel with great views, (we were on the 5th floor, with mountain view room) Breakfast was very basic, mainly aimed at asian tourists, ie no cereals, breads etc which is fine if you want egg fried rice for breakfast. There is quite a lot of building work going on in Sapa so it was also a bit noisy at times. Good hot showers. Air con is set to a minimum of 18c! So wouldnt want to be in that room in the summer as it was pretty hot in there in December! Its about a 10-15min walk to town or around 20,000d (about 75p) for a taxi. Basic hotel at a good price, all and all i would stay here again .

My room didn't have hot water for shower”
The weather in Sapa is cold and you also need to take a bath sometimes. But my room didn't have hot water for shower. The room got some 270 degree view of mountain but there are some rubbish bins in front of the hotel that make a bad view when you want to see toward or take a photo from your room

Awesome view”
I purposely book for bigger room with mountain view but upon arrival the staff indicate that I have only 2 person and the room is big so she wanted to exchange my room to smaller room but there is different in the room pricing so it’s not fair to me as I pay for the bigger room. Overall the view was awesome but travelling from the Sa Pa town area to the hotel need some hiking.

Very big room with mountain view ”
The room is as photo, very big and with breathtaking mountain view and balcony. Room facilities are good. I also booked my half day tour with the hotel. The location is a bit far from town (still walking distance) but near to nature. I had higher expectation on the breakfast but it was very normal buffet food. Suggest buffet food to be improved further. Overall it was good and I will come back again.
