Perfect room and has all kitchen amenities and laundry equipments. Location is perfect in Juffair area. Very close to Lulu Hypermarket. Its very clean and service is very fast and attentive staff. Parking is available free of charge.

Everything in this "Tower" needs improvement. Ambience surrounding front desk and elevators gave a horrible first impression about the stay. The room decoration is acceptable, but the mattress was not comfortable at all. A below average place, try to stay away!

الفندق نظف وهادىء وانصح به للعائلات . يحتاج الطاقم الى مرونه في التعامل مع النزلاء حيث تم الحضور للفندق الساعه 12:30 ولاكن لم امكن من الدخول للغرفه بحجت ان جمع الفندق مشغول . هذا سياسة الفندق ولا ضير في ذلك لاكن المرونه مطلوبه احيانا . الحجز كان بمسمى استديوا ولاكن في الواقع هي غرفه مع كنب فقط . ملاحظة آخرى على موقع أجودا وهي اللتي لم اتعودها منهم مطلقا : ان الحجز كان شامل الضريبة وبعد استكمال اجراءات الحجز وفي ايميل الحجز اتضح انه هناك ضريبة اخرى لم تدفع ويتوجب على اازبون دفعها . هذا لم يتعود من موقع اجودا مطلقا . فارجوا الشفافية والوضح لانها اساس النجاح . ولكن جزيل الشكر
