What can I say? clean cozy rooms, Excellent Food from Morning to evening! Lovely beautiful Church! Happy smiling staffs! Great bakes/bakery, ambience was relaxing! The food here is really good you’ll forget to check out and keep on extending your stay I love it! Used to stay at Luna Hotel Ilocos and Vitalis Villas was the same excellent experience as from their luna Hotel. My favorite hotel now @ santiago!

Great place to stay and get recharged. Very relaxing, the room is big , very white & clean, so nice to sleep all day. We literally did nothing but sleep & eat. They serve full board meals in a buffet style, so we really didn’t have time to get hungry. The staff are very nice too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rossana from Canada Rooms are big and spacious, buffet meals are delicious, and we also loved the view and the pool. The staff are helpful: check-in time is 2:00 pm, but we showed up earlier, before 10:00 am. Our plan was just to check the place and come back for check-in later, but when we showed up the staff said our room is ready and they let us check in which was really helpful because my mom, who's in a wheelchair, could take a rest. Definitely would like to go back there again sometime.

The location itself is already perfect for a getaway. So it’s a bonus have other activities to offer, like water sports, and zipline. But the kids loved feeding the llama, zebra, and camel. And of course riding the pony.

First time to write a review here because this place really deserves it!!!! Enjoyed our whole stay in this picturesque sanctuary. Loved the food and how clean the place is. Expect to gain a few pounds because they have buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Really a value for money. The only con was we asked the housekeeping to clean our room, and when we got back from a side trip in Vigan, our door was left open. Nevertheless, everything went well. We’ll definitely come back soon!

Everything was great. Staff were helpful and willing to serve. The room was very good except for low water maybe due to the seasons influx of guests. We had 2 big rooms with 4 queen sized beds and a jacuzzi. Spotlessly clean. We had a villa nearest everything. The smell of breads baking was heavenly. The buffet lunch... dinner and breakfast was great too. Looking forward to another vacation with Vitalis villas.

It is seldom you will find a hotel wherein all your meals are included when booked, not just meals but buffet meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch! Plus free tour in their mini zoo, free service whenever you want to go to the beach or pool beside the ocean, staff are helpful everytime Not to mention great view from the room and access to high end facilities ofcourse the bed and comforter is superb for comfortable sleep

Pros- the ambiance, food (full board meals) facilities, amenities, cleanliness, super comfy bed and pillows, clean pool, big spacious rooms, instagram worthy, serene, some friendly staff, free shuttle to vitalis sands (vice versa) Make sure to book 2 nights. Cons - some of the staff aren't accommodating, especially the ones from the snack bar.

I like all their staffs they were approachable and all smiling, we haven’t seen one of the staff whose frowning or sad so i guess they are well taken care of. I love the facilities its like all in one. However i just notice the refreshers like toiletries, i was just expecting they will refresh it everyday during housekeeping coz we stayed their 4 days 3 nights, yet you need to ask before they will give you new one. Other than that its excellent the ambience and architecture of the place.
