                The position is very good, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and just for some little expense it is possible to have a pass to park the car right in the street. Despite some flaws it is a friendly accommodation for families with kids.
                Probably no more apartments were available, but we were assigned a first floor apartment with a 2 year old kid with a narrow staircase. Unfortunately, even if this is due to the intrinsic characteristics of the building, we also did not have a balcony to enjoy some outdoor dining, while we only had a table right behind the office, which made us feel a bit on stage to use. If I can add one further suggestion, please have some crib sheets rather than adjusting double bed ones, which can make a kid sweat even if air conditioning is available. Lastly, furnishing is functional but very basic, considering the non cheap rate, even if it is among the most convenient residences in San Vito Lo Capo.

                The advertise didn’t match the expectations”

                First of all we booked and asked specifically for a double bed and turned out was 2 single beds attached, very uncomfortable. Towels with spots and shower was loosing pieces. The pressure of the water was annoying and the Air Conditioning was smelling bad sometimes.

                Great location. Clean apartment. Air conditioner. Delicious bakery in the area.
                Very poor soundproofing flat. You can hear your neighbors having a shower, laughing and flushing the toilet... Horrible window insulation: one day it rained and we have been woken up by the sound of the water which was litteraly soaking through the closed window ! A complete disaster but fortunately we put towels in time. No kettle. Rudimentary fridge (half broken) with no light inside. The refrigerator is useless. We wondered why the ice creams that we ve bought were all liquid. Well. The refrigerator doesn&#39;t have any real separation: it s actually open from behind to the fridge...not doubt that it doesn&#39;t work. Finally, the girl at the reception can one day be nice to you, and the other day can ignore you as if you just never existed. That&#39;s how, during our last day, we left the residence by telling her kindly goodbye, and she greeted us back with a cold and disinterested glance at us. By the way, she will not make any effort to speak to you in English.

                Location
                We were pre-warned about ants. When we first walked into the unit we saw ants. The place needs to be sprayed. The hosts pre warns you that if you do not keep the kitchen clean there will be ants. We saw ants just as we entered. If you do not like ants this is not the place for you. We bought ant spray for the three days we were there. The doors are not sealed properly and thats why this happens.
