Fabulous place ”
Very nice place, looking fresh and new. Our room was clean, comfortable beds, there was a fridge and a kettle. The aircon was very quiet. The staff was friendly. It’s a 10 min drive from Fashion Island. There are many places to eat in the area, mostly Thai and Isan food. Good value for money.

A bit noisy but I got reasonable prices ”
Due to the building is closed to the Main road. I travel for business so only stay in the night time it a bit noisy, even my room located in opposite of the road. However, I got the price during promotions so the price is reasonable compared to room facilities. The room was cleaned and tidy up every day. I have not much contact with staff. But very time I showed up at the lobby there are staff standby. During checked in/out not much conversation or orientation to the room.

Value and Quality ”
This hotel offers both good value and a good quality of service and rooms. I've stayed here 4 times for extended periods and found each stay pretty good. The rooms and staff service are certainly very good and the hotel is very clean . My only reservation would be the traffic noise outside the main hotel block as it can be heard in rooms the look out on to it . Personally I always take ear plugs to any hotel so it wasnt an issue for me but if you want a quieter stay request B block room or any rear rooms in A block . For the price this is a good hotel and although located in a very Thai area it's easy to get a taxi out front and the BTS isnt far either so again no real problem getting around. Some good places to eat nearby as well as a Big C supermarket up the road if needed for essential not found in the 7-11 opposite the hotel front.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is near to the aiport, however when we got the Avanza they charged us 700 from the hotel to the aiport but from the aiport, I paid 250 baht includes the fee in the airport.

Landscap big room, good to try”
I was live here for two days with different type of room. Landscap was to big for me. So i booked suprior for 2nd day whick located at 8 floor with doggy smell, i think someone feed a dog inside. Overall was good experience

Big saving on unexpected visit”
We visited Bangkok unexpectedly due to a family issue arising from the current pandemic. We needed a hotel that was inexpensive and local to where the family were located, and the Viva Residence was ideal. At present they have reduced their prices substantially especially for long term stays . The hotel facilities have been cut back at present, the pool is closed and some other usual amenities are missing but at the present nightly rate I wasnt going to complain. The hotel is located on Kubon Road which is pretty busy most of the time but getting into central Bangkok is easy via a taxi and or BTS . This hotel is very much in the suburbs where thai speaking is prevalant but the hotel staff all speak very good English and are very helpful, we had no problems getting around during our stay. Kubon Road has plenty of food outlets and restaurants to eat in, again thai food is the norm here but there is a 7-11 across the road and a similar store in the petrol station located next to the hotel. All in all the place was clean, rooms comfortable and staff very helpful. For the current price is very good value for money and I would visit again without hesitation

Stayed for extended period of 5 weeks total at discounted rate due to recent pandemic. Some hotel facilities were closed such as swimming pool and no complimentry tea/coffee making facilities in room but otherwise all good. Hotel quickly fills up with weekend guests and block A is nearer the main road and traffic is fairly constant so more noise if that's an issue request block B when booking. Located on the outskirts of Bangkik but easy to access Central Bangkok via a local taxi about 100 baht to BTS skytrain which how has new stations . BTS is 44 baht to SIam Square . Hotel is clean and staff helpful. 500 baht breakage deposit on arrival but refunded when you leave. Staff speak English but local area is for Thais so be prepared for this. Plenty of local food outlets and convenience stores along the main road Would use again when staying in Bangkok.

This hotel like as apartement but only haven't swimming pool. They have big room and great facility. this hotel maybe 30 minutes from Don Mueng Airport. you'll meet a little traffic if you come in working day.
