Overpriced
Overpriced, and the location is bit too far, we have to pay for a fair amount from hotel to Manila. :(

Not worth your money
We stayed in the "Presidential Suite" which was so overpriced and very poorly maintained; Old rotten mattress propped up on the balcony, Large blue tarp covering something in the main entrance, Ran out of hot water, Nonexistent water pressure, Ridiculously small toilet. Staff was constantly sitting down at the bar playing games on their phones. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Too expensive for what it is.
Small resort with great views and friendly staff. But almost $300 per night for a rather small room with tiny bath room is too much. Also $3 for local beer in can and $40 for wine valued locally at $8 is over the top. The Beach is rocky as expected, but not expected is all the garbage in the sea and oily sands.

Anniversary getaway
My husband and I went here for our anniversary. Don't follow waze or google maps. We came from Lucena City and there's no instruction from the website on how to go there except those from the north. We got lost and accidentally went to Batangas City because of waze and google maps (both had the same but wrong information). The place itself, I would say it's not for young children and the elderly. You have to take a flight of stairs to go to the beach, rooms, pool and restaurant. We had a baby with us, so we just carried her throughout. But for toddlers, I really wouldn't recommend. I got dissapointed when I learned that our meals are not buffet (because there were not much visitors that they according to the staff ). Another guest I talked to also shared this sentiment. BUT! If you just care for the quality of food - it's good. The servings are also big. For dinner they also gave us a Mango Ref Cake (I don't know what they call it though!) for our anniversary. Breakfast, I was looking to having fruits but there were none served. Just the meal you ordered. Their menu also didn't have prices in case you want to make an additional order, we ordered blueberry pancakes with sausage which was P350 for 3 medium sized pancakes (just to give you an idea). Lunch they gave us free blueberry panna cotta for dessert. We also went snorking that day. That was the best part of this trip for us. The corals are very near shoreline, which also means the water gets deep fast. The current was also strong. We also saw a lot of med-big sized fishes. You don't need to take a boat, just swim from the shoreline. Checkout was also fast. Parking accommodates only 4 cars, but you can leave your keys so they can move it when need to. Overall this was a relaxing weekend for us. Also forces you to semi-unplug since there was no wifi in the room, and the network signal is also bad there. This is a plus for me though because my husband is a phone addict. Lol!

“Perfect weekend getaway, fantastic ocean view roo
Stunning view from balcony, serene experience, delightful food (compliments to the chef), wonderful, kind and courteous staff, unlimited use of snorkeling gears and kayak. Room was fantastic (just add some chairs inside , as there was a table provided, great to dine from the room to relish the view, but there were no chairs, not even at the balcony- but i'm sure it can be requested. Room was few steps to the shore (super convenient , easy to swim anytime) ,stunning fishes and corals visible few meters from the shore. We had a fantastic snorkeling and kayaking experience. Snorkeling gears and kayaking are free for use , breakfast, lunch and dinner inclusive of the rates. Expensive room rates but it's all worth it. Recommendation : some of its facilities need an upgrade

Good
This is a perfectly decent 3-star resort charging 5-star prices. It's all very amateur - the staff are delightful and most willing to help, but they have not been trained (eg when visitors come in for breakfast, they should be offered coffee, tea, juice or water straight away; they should not have to wait 5 minutes and then have to find a staff member and ask). Room cleanliness was patchy - the obvious bits were cleaned, parts of the bathroom area were unacceptably dirty. The food is perfectly OK but vegetarian / gluten free are neither offered nor marked on the menus. The beach is OK at mid- to low tide, but is spoilt because they allow hawkers and beggars to pester the guests. Excursions are badly explained (no visitor handbook in the rooms, for example) and include heavy add-ons which are not detailed beforehand. Not worth the high price charged, though perfectly OK and very friendly. If those nice staff were just properly trained, and uniformed so guests knew who they were, it would be a different place. The place just needs a competent manager, we would guess.

relaxing place to unwind
Its a very quiet and relaxing place I should say. Staff are friendly and very acommodating. Rooms very clean and well maintained except for the billiard table but I wouldn't mind it. Cost for the food is very "sulit" the food esp the tapioca dessert is too yummy. Infinity pool is nice. Overall stay is excellent. I wish to have more time to stay there. #naturelover #cleanwater
