Excellent hotel and reception venue in Alabang”

Got several suites for our wedding preparation and reception. Service - You can't possibly have any complaints for the way the staff handle their guests. Requests were promptly attended to by the staff, all with a smile. Rooms - The rooms are spacious and equipped with their own kitchenettes. Microwaves may be requested if you need one. My only not-so-good observation though was that the beds were not that supportive unlike in other more recently built hotels. The mattresses may need to be updated. Security - Aside from your room door, you also have to swipe your key card at the doors at the elevator lobbies on every floor with rooms. Good for security. Food - We had our reception here and the food was superb. We received excellent comments from our guests regarding the food. Location - It's a short walk to Festival Mall and Alabang-Zapote Road so accessibility is definitely not an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our reception and our stay. Will recommend Vivere Hotel to others looking for a room or reception venue in the South.

Fabulous night sleep in an amazing hotel!”

The best things were the amazingly attentive and friendly staff, the rooms were comfy, clean, and big! And of course the location suited our needs perfectly!

I cannot say anything negative about this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of foods from all over the world available! The decor was beautifully done! The rooms were spacious and services well! The thing that this hotel has, that sets it apart from others is its staff! Friendly, warm, inviting, personable, are all words I would use to describe the employees of the Vivere! I've stayed at the Vivere 4 times in the course of 5 years! I see and recognize staff members still working after all that time! That to me says a lot about the type of establishment they have running. If the employees are happy...the guests will be happy! As I am/was! I also liked the amenities they have here. A nice swimming pool, a rooftop bar with an amazing view, a spa which offers very nice massages and things to help you relax, as well as a kids playroom. The hotel is located close to the skyway so transportation to and from places is convenient in Philippine standards. I highly recommend the Vivere hotel! It also has a sister hotel near Batangas, the Vivere Azure, which is also fabulous!

Lovely Hotel”

We stayed here for four nights (a family of 4) during a stopover with Philippine Airlines from 5 to 9 August and we were very impressed with the Vivere hotel The staff here are amazing with excellent customer service and friendliness. We particularly enjoyed the Nest Restaurant with its fantastic breakfasts (one of the best we have ever had) and the evening dinners with the Jazz band and of course the view over Manila and the Ocean. We also enjoyed being close to the Festival Mall and Star Mall and the courtesy Shuttle provided by the hotel which is a nice bonus. We would have preferred a bigger swimming pool for the children but this did not effect our enjoyment of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again would definitely recommend it to anyone considering staying here. The hotel is a class act and we hope to return here sometime in the future.

Vivere with the Family”

breakfast buffet, room, front-desk staff

My whole family spent Christmas in Vivere. I gave special instructions that my father was diabetic and cannot consume any welcome drink that was not diet soda. I was happy they gave us a lot of choices for welcome drinks. The rooms were, as always, beautiful and spacious enough. We had a bit of a mix-up about the rooms, but Vivere front-desk staff apologized and gave us an extra bed. It wasn't just a mattress, it was a whole bed. Breakfast buffet was, as always, delicious, but Vivere kitchen staff couldn't seem to handle the large number of guests. Bacon tray was hardly refilled, like the other dish trays. Hotel staff looked harassed already but no one was rude. Again, (from our previous stay in Vivere) I had to call 3 or more times before a towel or additional soap was brought to our room. I would come back to Vivere, the bad things are not enough to deter me from going back.

Tranquility in the Middle of Alabang”

It's not our second time to stay in this hotel and yet they still continue to amaze me. Situated in the middle of Alabang, Vivere's location is strategic near Festival Mall, parks (few walks away from a bike rental where you can roam around ASEAN Drive), and many choices of restaurants. The staffs are very accommodating and approachable. Upon our check-in they upgraded our stay to a Suite which surprised us. The room was spacious and has a good ambiance overlooking Alabang. We will definitely comeback to Vivere for this kind of services.

Hotel may not be the newest but the service is superb!”

I have tried a few hotels in Alabang but Vivere stood out because of two things: the staff and the restaurant! The staff are accomodating and would go the extra mile for every request. They are friendly and really did ask on how my stay was. The pool may be dated but still well maintained. It's small and you have to pass through their parking area to access the pool. The hotel lobby was okay with the piano and koi pond. Check in was a breeze. I was just bothered by that there's a "safety net" on the building center. Maybe this will catch anyone who attempts to jump off within the building. Each floor is access card protected. I love the rooms. It's white, modern with a touch of ethnic decor. Bed and pillows were soft enough. The restaurant view was to die for. Food was expensive but compensates on the huge servings. The vibe was romantic and perfect for dates but annoying due to many patrons dining.

Superb customer service”

I am very happy to note that indeed, we had a great time staying at Vivere hotel last weekend. The room was spacious and clean, the room amenities were complete and the quantity was more than enough. Our stay was actually my surprise wedding anniversary gift to my wife, and a treat for my kids. I, myself, was also surprised when a hotel staff delivered to our room a very nice complimentary cake with warm greetings from the hotel manager. The sad part was that I was informed during checkin that there were NO BREAKFASTS included in our booking with AGODA. Pls check the hotel website first, you might actually get a better deal there.

I LOVE VIVERE.”

Staff politeness/performance, spacious/tidy/neat/beautiful room, delicious food

I and my wife had a very wonderful time staying in Vivere Hotel Dec.1 to 2 for our Anniversary. First of all, Vivere has a very polite and helpful staff. As soon as you arrive they will attend to you attentively and answer your queries promptly. When we arrived on our room at the 19th floor, we are very delighted with the beautiful room. The room is complete with all the basic you might need. The only thing we dont like is the room view. Our room is facing some buildings. We tried their food at the nest for some snacks and it is good. You just have to be used to foreigners every where. Most of diners are foreigners and businessmen. The breakfast buffet is very good. They never run our of bacon (I love bacon). We are actually planning to spend my birthday on February here. Lovely hotel and money well spent.

Check in was fast, the hotel is near Festival mall. We stayed at the business executive suite and the room was spacious. My daughters love the bath tub! The room was clean but I had a problem with the leaking bidet, good thing my husband was able to fix it. The pool and restaurant were a little small compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed in Alabang but nevertheless it was okay. The staff were all courteous. My daughters also love the playroom. I can say that we had a good stay here at Vivere.

Vivere Hotel may not be one of the newest hotels in the business district of Alabang. But it sure does provide a great staycation experience at the heart of the city. The Deluxe room is spacious and it even have a bath tub! The Nest is a little bit pricey but the view at night is priceless. I would like to stay here again for a relaxing weekend with my friends.

refreshing professional hotel”

roof top restaurant
no problems

Hi just got back yesterday after 5 nites at Vivere - chose this hotel as I had business at an office located just next door . I was pleasantly surprised as I could find very little fault during my stay . I stayed in a a deluxe room on 20th floor - plenty large enough with a kitchenette , lounge , dining area , bedroom , bathroom & another small room with a day bed & desk . I cannot sing the praises of this Hotel or it's people loud enough. The location is GOOD with shopping at the Festival Mall across the street, and the Alabang Town Center Mall is a 2-3 minute shuttle (free) ride away, and has some wonderful restaraunts and a more upscale shopping scene. The staff were particularly helpful & nothing was a problem. The restaurant is located on the 31st floor & has an open air section with great views looking towards Manila . Taxi took about 45 minutes from the airport . Would stay here again but only for business as it is too far out from Makati where most tourists stay .

Peaceful Stay”

*good customer service *clean *nice lobby & restaurant with city view

Ive been planning & targeting to stay on this hotel for over a yr now. Offcourse i need to consider my leisure budget and its just so happen that bellevue, crimson & acacia offered low rates than vivere. So i have decided to try all of em first. Now im left with Vivere. Luckily, i was able to avail their summer promo through agoda & have found out why its worth the wait. Their Deluxe room is so much bigger than bellevue, acacia & crimson. It has queen size bed and sigle bed near office area. The room has clean ambiance in white interiors-can't complaint. i think the only advantages of bellevue, acacia & crimson is their bathroom has bidet Lol! dont worry youl'le find the water dipper somewhere hahaha. Also crimson's pool area is 3x bigger however, with these defects- i would still give this hotel 5* I love the cleanliness *peaceful ambiance * most of all they are number 1 in service. thumbs up!

Birthday Staycation”

Vivere is our favorite hotel in Alabang. This is where we had our wedding reception, and this is where we celebrated my birthday this year. The room that we've had was spacious, cozy, and quiet which is perfect for someone who wants to have some quiet time. The food is great, as always. The staff is also very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to family and friends. :-)

Ease in checking-in, nice and clean rooms, great service by banquet officer

We stayed in Vivere for my son's birthday party which was held in one of their function rooms. I particularly like the ease of checking-in, when we arrive one of their staffs led us to the room directly and all documents are ready unlike other hotels where you need to queue and fill-up all these documents before you are checked-in. Staffs are accommodating. The banquet officer, Brigitte Pareja was very helpful. We only communicated thru email but she really took care of every details and made sure to reply on all my inquiries and requests. Definitely the hotel we will choose on our next travel back in Manila.

Appearance and Service are the main qualities.”

Staff service, Appearance and Cleanliness.

Upon arrival, was greeted effusively by several staff. Very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, including the surrounding area; Alabang is one of the cleanest places I've seen in Manila, better than Makati, and rivals Cebu for tidiness. A nearby shopping centre makes it easy to get anything you need, including foodstuffs. View from the restaurant on the 31st floor was marvelous; at night one can see the far off Manila. Daytime views are of the nearby Lake Taal, and in the distance, Manila Bay. There is a bar on the fourth floor with an infinity pool, which looks great in the pictures I saw, but we didn't go there for our complimentary drinks upon arrival. The bedroom is smaller than expected, but there is a separate living and bathroom area, which makes it quite reasonable. Room service was excellent, laundry service was very fast, and the cleaners were efficient. Personally, while the meals looked excellent, I didn't enjoy them all that much, and I thought they were expensive. Other meals in the restaurant looked fabulous, worthy of a photograph, but I didn't enjoy mine. Checkout was a pleasure, and there was no inspection upon departure. All in all, very happy with our stay, and would do it again, which basically says it all.

Charming hotel with excellent service”

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. Though it's not new (and already shows signs of aging in some places), it's well-maintained overall. It's also charmingly decorated, unlike newer hotels that come across as modern yet bland. Breakfast selection is okay. It's mostly meat and carbs. It would be nice to have more fish and veggie dishes. But the view from the top floor is indeed beautiful. Go for the ambiance if not for the menu. But what makes this hotel a winner is the amazing customer service. Every request I had was quickly attended to. I didn't have to wait or follow up because they deliver within the reasonable timeframes they provided. All staff members we encountered were polite, friendly, and warm. I'm not surprised why Vivere is still a top hotel even with newer competitors. Vivere can hold its own.
