Great location-walking distance from well known sites. ”
I enjoyed my time at ViVit Hostel in Bangkok. It’s location was perfectly situated within walking distance of great sites, such as The Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Khao San Road, Wat Arun, Chinese medicine shops, the Sunday Amulet Market, China town, and many more. The turn over rate of guests is incredible. I had new roommates every day. Showers have hot water. Every floor has a separate men and women’s bathroom, each with two toilets and 3 showers, equipped with body wash and shampoo, a blow dryer, and changing room. They provide you a bath towel, and change it out daily. Beds are very comfortable with curtains, and linens are clean and crisp. Rooms are swept out daily and each bed has two outlets for electricity and two for USB connections. The under bed lockers provide ample space for luggage and/or backpacks. There is also a small cabinet at each bed. Both the locker and cabinet have separate locks for which I was given a key for each. The street sounds are like any other big city I’ve ever been to, lasting late into the night, and starting up early in the mornings, which was not a problem because I wore ear plugs to bed (advisable when staying in a shared room at a hostel). Breakfast was provided for every day, and was toast (wheat and white), real butter, jams (2 to chose from), hard boiled eggs, bananas, instant coffee, water, and juice. This provided a nice change from street food. Considering the space they have downs stairs, this is enough. There are plenty of places to eat at within a couple of hundred feet from the front door. They also have a small, cafe in the lobby that sells a few items. They’ve kept up with the older building, and keep it clean and secure. The people working the front desk were friendly and helpful to me and to every other guest I witnessed them interact with. I would like to suggest that they place a clothes hook in each of the shower stalls to hang things on. They have a rack in there now, but a hook would help make a huge differe

Awesome stay”
We had a great time in Vivit Hostel Bangkok. Upon arrival, we were asked to present our passport and they photocopy it. Then, provided us with our own key cards. We stayed at the 4-bed female dormitory. The bed is VERY comfortable, for the price-point it is a bit more expensive than other hostel (still very cheap since this is Thailand and in Khao San) in the area but given the facilities and the free breakfast, this is a really good deal. I will stay again, given the chance. :)

Best stay ever!”
We booked grab going to the place, no mrt or bts near the hostel, but it’s fine. Receptionist are all pleasant, friendly and nice. Breakfast is simple but nice! With helpful staff serving breakfast. Near khaosan rd, few minutes walk. Has lots of food place near the area, has smoking area on the side of the road. Love the beds. Only problem is you will use your key card to open the door even when going to the shower/toilet quickly. Overall stay experience was amazing! I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family! And will surely go back! Thank you bigtime Vivit Hostel!

Great hostel especially for Songkran! ”
Stayed here for 5 nights. Best hostel we've ever stayed in! And we've been traveling Asia for about 8 months now. The breakfast was simple but good. Hard boiled eggs, toast with butter and jam, bananas, coffee, orange juice, and tea. Buffet style. We stayed in the private room. It was very small but the bed was incredibly comfortable! Wifi was very strong in the room and around the hostel. Amazingly clean modern bathrooms, seemed to be cleaned 3+ times daily. There's a common area to chill and watch TV. The laundry was expensive for Asia but they did provide detergent. The staff were so nice, very friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. They offered to book Grab for getting around the city and even allowed us a late check out. 5 min walk to Khaosan and 15-20 min walk to Grand Palace/Wat Pho/Wat Arun. Not sure you can find much better! We would definitely recommend Vivit!!

Great place and great people!”
I am in awe of this place. One of the best hostels I've stayed at. I loved the interiors of this hostel. It had a very "English Tea Party" vibe to it. They have extremely comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Separate washrooms for men and women which were quite clean. The hostel was located at a strategic location with most of the tourist attractions located just around the corner. They had a simple yet gratifying breakfast and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful (someone is available at the reception 24/7): be it extending my stay by a night, helping me book a cab or directing me on how to explore Bangkok. I thoroughly did enjoy my time here at Vivit! Definitely going back!

The best!!!”
Breakfast starts at 7am but my DIY itinerary schedules me to leave by 7am so I opened up this factor with the staff. I didn't expect them to offer to prepare a breakfast pack for me to carry on the go every morning for 4 days -- and the breakfast packs were huge enough to make me feel like a family member has sincerely packed them for me! Everything was clean, I love the bathroom and its amenities, and the bed amenities are so well-designed -- the space was used very cleverly. Thank you so much, Vivit Hostel staff, you guys are the BEST!!!

Excellent”
I was a solo travelor, visiting this hostel for a long stay (around 20 days), the price was incredibly low for what this place offers at the time. I feel quite worried since the time I stayed was when the pandemic was a huge deal and international travel was prohibited, domestic travel was limited, and I was the only guest in the hostel at some point. Yep. I know I made a lot of troubles for them just by staying alone, but I was not in the situation where I could just leave as well. However, I don't feel unwelcomed at all, even during their hard time. I did felt their kind hearts and services. I will make sure to ViVit this place again (pun intended) in the near future when all is well. I hope you see this Mr. N, the manager.

Great Location”
Short walking distance to the the Grand Palace and Wat Pho temple. Also a quick 10-15 minute walk to Khaosan Road so was easy to get there and enjoy without staying right on top of it. Clean hostel, staff were really nice and helpful. Locker with key for your backpack under the dorm bed as well as a smaller one in bunk. Room was air conditioned and the shared bathrooms were always clean and cleaned regularly. Would definitely recommend.

VERY GOOD”
My stay in Bangkok was a good one. Hostel was very polite, helpful, and also can converse in English even the aunty who clean the room. The staff also very good in suggesting us the good place to get a good food. Only that the hostel is near with Khoasan Road, so u may experience a lil bit noise if there are people who are drunk from that place. The room is very clean, and comfortable to stay. Will definitely come back again.

Great location & great staff”
The hostel is 5-10mims walk to Khaosan Road, 10mins walk to Grand Palace and the other main temples. Free breakfast was great, staff were super friendly & there was quite a big lounge area to hang out in. Definitely recommend this hostel for solo travellers!! Might pay to ask for a bed that is not next to the door as when it closes, it’s loud enough to wake you. Smoothies are delicious also!

Good Location, Great Staff”
We enjoyed our stay at Vivit for the 4 nights we stayed in Bangkok. The location is about a 10 minute walk from Khao San road, and easily walkable to both the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. We were pleased with our private room - for just the two of us it was all we needed. Restroom facilities were clean, although I wish they were cleaned more than once a day - specifically the shower drains. Breakfast in the morning was light, but all we needed to start our day. The staff were all very kind, and the 24 hour reception was a definite perk of our choice to stay here.

Really Nice Boutique Hostel”
I had a great stay here! I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm (maybe all are 4 bed?). The mattress and blanket were very comfortable. Every bed had a security locker (plus under bunks), light, outlet, and curtain. The bathrooms and showers are separate from the dorms. They were always clean and had soap and shampoo. The hostel has a mezzanine (with coin laundry machines) and a cafe in the lobby. It cost about twice as much as a hostel closer to or on Khao San Road, but it was worth it..and the price was good for my 3 nights. The hostel is still within a 10-minute walk of Khao San. I met a lot of people. If you're looking to socialize, I suggest hanging out on the mezzanine! I'd definitely stay here again!

Good hotel”
Bangkok is very expensive so this hotel, even though the rooms are extra small, is of good price for its quality. It is very new, very well decorated, very clean, the bed is good and the common bathroom is pretty and clean. Rooms are small but you feel in a little nest ! The living room is very enjoyable as well as the lobby for breakfast. Would definitely recommend !

Exceptional”
Love this hostel met cool people! It can be really social or really chill depending on you. Met another girl also traveling solo and we ended up exploring the city together and becoming friends. It makes traveling way more fun in my opinion. I was contemplating staying at a hotel all to myself but i’m glad i chose to stay here. Staff is so sweet, breakfast is good and place is very nice like a hotel. separate men’s and women’s facilities. really clean.
