Disappointing ”
If you’re unfamiliar with KL but yet wanting to stay near Mid Valley. Please see the actual location carefully. They pin themselves on Mid Valley like a click bait but in actual fact, the place is about 2 kilometres away. The owner charges a deposit of RM200 which were obliged accordingly. But later didn’t make any effort to return after few following ups. Quite unprofessional in a way.

Not as easy to find the lobby and the mail box to get the keys. Once even the Grab cars cannot find us and have to cancel. And if manage to get Grab cars the price can be expensive. To Mid Valley Megamall Rm13+ and return to hotel from Megamall Rm22+ expensive in relation to the distance and it is 7.30pm and back before 10pm.And to find food is not easy by foot. Not even a single bottle of drinking water in the room. Have to boil water and wait for it to cool if you arrive late and is raining. But we manage to find a 7- 11 store some where hiding in a corner.

Slow response and lack of basic need ”
1. Toilet stink - number for air freshener that used in the house and toilet. Not replaced with new one. 2. Kitchen utensil - plate /cup not proper. 3. Towel smelly and tiny - requested to change 4. Tv neflix not working. Reported but no response 5. Hair dryer not working - reported and got replacement but after sometimes because no standby staff at unit. 6. No iron - this is basic. I checked out a day early.
