Nice and new apartment”
My 6 nights stay at Vivo was great. The soho apartment is new, clean and spacious. The only thing was the bad smell from the sewage hole in the bathroom. Maybe the whole building having the same issue. Overall a nice stay, thanks Vale Pine.

Location is nice though was a bit confused with the roads here. Parking is ideal though you must tell the security that you are the visitor to the exact location where you are suppose to go.

Cozy and spacious”
We had 1 night stay in PJ as to go shopping to midvalley before heading back to jb. Location 5min to Midvalley and the house was very spacious and cozy.lots of extra single bed provided. Also kids enjoy the infinity swimming pool

1)Cleanliness of the room was not an issue but the building itself is dusty since its new. During our stay, we can hear renovation work from the neighboring unit (wasn't loud, probably a few levels up) but it didn't bother us since we are not in the room most of the time. 2) Location is ok if you have a car. 3)Security is excellent, the guards are everywhere (and friendly though most of them don't speak english/malay well). 4) facilities within the condo is good. Nice swimming pool and playground (there is indoor playing area too). 5) Its definitely value for money. The only issue I had was with its self checking in process. I wasn't informed of this until I whatsapp them on the day itself. Make sure you have internet access as they will whatsapp the details at 2.45pm of the checking-in day. The RM200 deposit is also collected through online banking (which I wished they had informed earlier) and I'm still waiting for it to be returned (will probably take a few more days).

The Unit Is Quite New”
The area is quite new and less crowded. However it is stressful to locate the exact location without the help of the security guards. It's quite confusing. The Unit Is quite new and clean with 3 rooms. Recommended for big group.

The location of the house is good, 5min to Mid Valley. But the house is a bit dirty, smelly toilet and sticky floor.

Satisfactory stay”
The unit was huge, the beds were clean and comfortable. The host may be new to the industry, changed the term of payment for the deposit at the last hours, requesting for online transfer instead of payment at the place which we politely declined. We were hoping that someone will be there waiting for us to help us with the check-in (and payment of deposit). The guide for the self check-in and check-out could be made better. Parking lot number for example was inaccurate. The pool was new, big and clean. Other facilities await to be enjoyed like games room, gymnasium, sauna, steam room, basketball court, playground etc.

Self check in procedure a bit complicated and wait for too long. The room is a bit dirty and the facilities provided are using China plug but didn’t provide the converter plug.

Really super bad experience”
The owner no pick up phone, no reply to whatsapp until few hours before the check in time :))) very irresponsible attitude, pls inform your guests on the check-in process 1 or 2 days in advance . Booked a studio room with 2 queen size bed, but owner change our room to 2 bedroom without notify us. The bed is full of dust mites, super disgusting and our body allergy and red dots all on our hands and leg!!!!!! PLEASE IMPROVE THE ROOM CLEANLINESS

Dari segi management agak worst. Agak susah nak comunicate sbb tadak reception and lobby semua warga asing yg jaga . Pastu mai jauh jauh tak boleh mandi pool sbb tadak swimming suit even pakai kain jersey / or kain mcm swimming suit pun tak boleh 🤦🏻♀️ so agak kecewa disitu sbb tak mention awai awai . Dari segi park pun agak keliru jenuh dok pusing pusing cari pintu masuk 😌😌 . sekian 🙃

penginapan paling worst”
cerita sikit pasal bilik lahkan, ada 2 bilik tapi dipisahkan dengan dinding dimana kalau tutup pintu dinding bergegar. bilik yang ada tingkap hanya ada air cooler je. tisu tandas tak ada. parking kereta menyusahkan terpaksa tanya ramai orang baru jumpa parking. tak ada sape datang guide, ambik kunci kat peti kunci, drop pun kat peti kunci, berpandukan wasap saja. owner langsung tak tahu pasal rumah dia ke? Gym tingkat berapa pun dia salah bagi level berapa, naikturun tangga kami anak beranak mencarinya last2 tanya guard juga...part paling sakit hati, depa tuduh kami rosakkan bedsheet diorang dengan seterika. bedsheet mana pun diorang tak tau. saya tidor bilik mana pun diorang tak tau.siap hantar gambar dari cleaner diorang ya.seingat saya yang tak hilang ingatan lagi ni, saya iron guna iron board!! my deposit depa tak pulangkan. saya desak diorang pulangkan deposit. tapi tak pulangkan.
