VOCO Hotel gets 5Stars in every capacity. Had a King Ocean view room, the view was sensational, room was spacious, meticulously clean and comfortable. Had a sensational and relaxing facial & massage at L’Aqua Spa on 2nd floor. Clifford’s Grill & Bar served delicious food as did Waves for the Buffet breakfast, both eateries were inexpensive for the amount and quality of food they serve. Great selection of dishes, cooked to perfection. Staff are very helpful, friendly and happy to assist with any inquiry. Excellent location, close to all amenities but far enough away from street and surfers noise. Highly recommend this Hotel. I will always stay here when in Surfers.

If you book the standard rooms (unrenovated), they are from level 17 down and still SO NICE! Fancy toiletries and comfy bed. Views of the hinterland are nicer than the "Ocean view" rooms IMO. They offer you a $40 upgrade charge when you check in fyi. If you can afford it - the renovated rooms are level 17 and up. Bathroom is much nicer (no bath tho). Nespresso machine, free bottled water. Parking is $20. Its a bit of a walk to Cavill avenue, but the tram stop is right t front.

We have stayed in a lot of places all over Australia but this is by far the best. From the check in to the most comfortable bed and room to checkout. Nothing is ever a problem for this team.

My partner and I visit the Gold Coast for a holiday (from Melbourne) for a week and stayed at Voco. It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff went above and beyond with everything. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and facilities were great too. Can’t say enough good. Comfy bed and always fresh sheets and towels each day. Also a quick walk to Cavil Avenue and beach. My 8yo and myself loved this hotel. It was clean, great location (one street from the beach and light rail at the doorstep) and amazing buffet breakfast. Nothing was too much for staff and we appreciated the luggage store on our check out day, as we had a very late flight, saved carrying luggage around all day. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were extremely helpful. Had an unfortunate incident happen on our way to the hotel and they allowed a name change with no extra charge so that I was able to go home to my husband who ended up in hospital and my daughter could still stay at the hotel to be able to catch her early.morning flight the next morning. Forever grateful for this. My daughter loved the hotel and said the room was beautiful and check in was fast. Thank you again

This was our first time on Sunshine Coast, staying at VOCO was perfect as the staff go above and beyond to please guests. Even when we couldn't get glutton-free bread at the waves restaurant after 2 days of stay, one of the staff(Toshi) who had been excellent in his service previously ensured we got what we wanted when we asked on the third day. The fact that they listened and did their best was pleasing. Also, Voco is at the centre of everything, it is right next to the tram line.

Excellent location - quick walk over to Cavill Ave and beach is less than 5 away... loads of places to eat surrounding the hotel. We had to park off property, but was only 1 min walk away and low rates - $15/night. Facilities at voco were great (gym, 2 x pools), buffet breakfast very enjoyable and inc lots of variety - many decent breaky options for a family of vegos. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location right at a tram station. Skypoint Tower is right across the road. A very short walk to the beach and to shops, restos, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with an above average telly. Average breakfast buffet.

This was a last minute booking, We are happy with the choice, clean facilities and customer friendly staff. Location is perfect easy walking distance to Surfers. The only down side the beds are on the small side. Didn’t matter as we spent all day walking around. Will definitely will return.
