Nice location (close to the train station, quiet street), the apartment has a modern look, it is bright, overlooks a nice yard. Kitchen is well equipped. Communication was smooth and easy.
The pull-out sofa bed could be more comfortable. There was no closed to put clothes in, so we had to have our luggages lying around.

We are over all very satisfied with our stay in Marseilles.”

I liked the appartment the room and the kitchenette. We liked the bathoom with a plus for the washingmachine. The central location was very good to the traintation and o the center and old harbourarea.
It was not easy to climb up to the mezzanine (age 60+) where the beds were located. The shower was lose from the wall.

Huge disappointment.”

The apartment was done up quite well and had basic amenities like fridge, washing machine (no dryer) and TV. It was quite cosy.
The location of the apartment is quite poor; quite a few drunkards around; we could see people shouting and fighting. There was an overflowing trashcan just outside the building which wasnt cleaned in the 24 hours we were there. The public parking nearest to the apartment was extremely shady and very unsafe. We booked this apartment for 3 nights, however we left after the first night itself as we did not feel comfortable in the area at all. No drinking water was provided. There are no fans in the apartment and the windows do not open so it was quite stuffy despite the air conditioning. The bathroom is extremely tiny and barely has any space.

- The flat is newly decorated and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. - AC works well which comes a massive help. - Clear instruction from Veronique for check in etc.
The location might not be poshest but we certainly felt safe walking around there. Also it's walking distant to everything you need.

We loved our time in this apartment; very well equipped, confortable; not too big, but the space is well organized, for 3 people it was perfect. The owner is nice and helpful. Practical opening mechanism eliminating the need for a physical key. Calm, with the view on a yard with a garden. Close to the train station (5min walk), 20min by foot to the Marseille's main port and old city.

Very cozy apartment in central Marseille”

It was very cozy and the AC really cooled down the room quickly. The communication with Véronique was straight forward and her friend, who lives in the same building, gave some great recommendations on what to do in Marseille. It is very central and therefore there might be some noise in the evening but as far as City apartments go this was one of the quieter ones that I've been to.

it's a lovely little studio flat! the sofabed is super comfortable, the air condition is working very well. The location is absolutely super, 7 min walking distance from the station, and right in the center, 2 min away is a beautiful square, cafés restaurants highly recomendable Veronique and Alex are superfast in responding to questions
