A good location for a short term stay. I was given a complimentary upgrade which is good and provides extra space for comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Wifi was not working on the last night stay.

Reception staff are some of the best out there, had a double booked car park, but they managed to sort quickly with no issues in the end, my son left his wallet in the room, this was found & sent out the next day, rooms are very clean which is super important & close to the city, we just walked in & taxied back (well it was 3am), have stayed here several times & will continue to do so.. :-)

Convenient and comfortable accommodation in central Auckland ”

Easily accessible from cruise terminal and to all the attractions. Check in was slow as only 1 staff at reception and there's no proper line/queue system for guests - lobby is small and there's not much seating for incoming guests. Beware of noises in the night :)

Location was not too bad only Slight off from the sky city. Room was good, big with functional kitchen. The staff is friendly and the complimentary BF was simple and good. Had a awesome stay experience.
