If you are looking for a hotel without breakfast and gym close to walking street then I highly recommend this hotel, This hotel is located in the heart of walking street and is therefore so convenient if you are planning a party night out with a place to home to within walking distance. Very nice, very clean, very new. The room is very nice and actually quite big compared to lots of other hotels. The bed is big and comfortable. Room is super new, fresh, and clean. The bathroom is very nice with hot and cold water, nice shower and modern clean toilet. The room has a mini safe and a large fridge (new). There are no bad smell in any of the room. We did not use the pool, but it looks spectacular and will definitely make use of it next time. This is truly a great find. This hotel is better than a lot of the "older" 5-star hotels in the area. The price is fantastic and I think this has to be one of the best value for money hotels in Pattaya. Staff was nice and friendly. Check in was smooth. Make sure to have enough cash on hand to pay the security deposit (THB 4,000) which is returned upon departure.
