Exceptional”
Our stay at W Goa was nothing short of fantastic. The property, the service, the hospitality, the food were all par excellence. A big shout out to Ragini who gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a courtyard so our young kids could have a gala time running around and having fun. The property in itself is a huge one wherein we have to use a buggy to reach our rooms. My six years old twin daughters particularly loved these rides on the buggy. The Rock pool was just awesome and we could click some amazing pictures during sunset. Also the hotel is in very close vicinity to a lot of happening places including Thalassa, Olive etc. that are just minutes away from the property. All in all a fabulous property and we made some beautiful memories here.

Hello everyone.. Recently I stayed in W Goa for a couple of days.. I had to say,the property was awesome..The staff was very polite and courteous, especially front desk staff, Nikhil was very approaching and friendly.Coming to the property,it was very quite peaceful and serene, view at the rock pool bar was amazing and the Chinese cuisine at Spice traders restaurant was lip smacking.. I would definitely give it a 5 star rating..The housekeeping staff was friendly too.. I would recommend everyone to opt for W Goa Without any further doubts..

Though the property itself was nice, the staff and hospitality was fabulous and absolutely top notch, courteous, hospitable, well trained and mannered and eager to be of help in even with the smallest things We had booked a sundown at the Rockpool for sunset , however on reaching the property we were told that there was a private function that evening. In what could have turned out to be a bad experience, our host, Farhad Mehta, more than made up by immediately hosting us for a dinner at the Spice Traders which turned out to quite memorable and amongst best oriental food we had in a long time.

W Goa is one of the few 5 stars located in North Goa and offers much more with exceptional service, courteous staff, great spread of food and also brilliant location near to Vagator Beach.. morjim is 20 mins away which is an amazing beach.. would love to recommend to family travellers with young children

Well there is nothing better in Goa than W.We were travelling g with a 3year old and the care and love that we got from team W was extraordinary.The staff took extra steps to make sure that the baby gets everything he wants. Rooms are spacious and trendy with all modern luxuries Food is simply awesome.Everything is cooked to perfection The party scene at rock pool is not to be missed My only suggestion is to include some more love sea food station in the buffet.The buffet didn’t have much seafood varieties as a traveller to Goa would expect Will visit again for sure

I stayed in w goa for three days between 4 oct to 07 oct 22 while my departure i lost my bunch of important keys, which according my vehicle driver ,taken by some staff at gate while checking, i called hotel but getting no help it is very painful & sad experience.i request hotel team to kindly see the matter.
