I booked for Eco Standard Room, which is smaller than Standard Room. The bathroom was small but it was nice. The staffs were friendly, too. But on my last day of stay, I think they didn't make up my room since when I go back from work, my room was still a mess. The bed, everything. All trash I had the night before was still there and it's a bit uncomfortable. They didn't change my towels either. But overall, my stay at W Home was nice.

W Home is actually a home away from home. I liked the place since it's not like a normal hotel, yet all good facilities and is very quiet, no one to bother you and actually very relaxing.

Beware of your deposit”
Upon check-in you need to pay a 300,000 IDR deposit. I had a horrible experience because the manager refused to give me back my deposit because I didnt have the deposit slip. I asked if its possible for me to sign off and acknowledge receipt of it but he just refused and said I will have to lose my deposit. Only when i identified the other staff who checked me in did the staff mention that no deposit slip was issued to me during check-in. So they were horrible not just because of the mistake but the fact that if I really misplaced that paper, I was going to lose an amount equivalent to 1 night's stay. Make sure you take your deposit slip or remember the person who checked you in. Oh and they only provide 1 towel, and you should pray and hope that their laundry gets it to you on time because they only gave me my towel at 830pm when "it finally arrived". No towel when I checked in.

Wonderful Stay with an awkward Check-In”
Firstly, do not book the eco-standard room because it is NOT a queen bed even when its stated as such. Its a super single bed. The standard room is the one with the queen bed but price wise its a little higher. I really liked the entire hotel decor and experience, so the higher price was worth it. My check-in was odd. Assigned to a room without my room key (staff used master key) because apparently the room keys are not distributed at night. And when I entered, I found someone elses belongings in the room. It was an honest mistake by the hotel for forgetting that a guest checked out but left his luggage in the room. But I guess, such mistakes are terrible if someone actually loses their things. Wonderful staff though. Assisted me in room cancellation and rebooking on Agoda (communicating the sudden need to cancel) due to room size preference. Feels like Bali in this hotel!

Home Style Hotel”
The hotel is well situated but the staff are hardly to be seen when one needed something. Wifi was badly connected, so it was difficult to work. The Restaurant is average. The hotel is for a short stay only, not suitable for stay more than 2 days.

Not worth it...!”

There is no person in charge during my arrival which is around 10:30PM. NO RECEPTIONIST, NO ROOM KEY. Only security guard, when he check me in to the room, it was a single bed, only for one person very small room, while I book for 2 person room. next I requested change, the security has to woke up the house keeping staff to show me another room, which was better, but since the tv is not working properly, i requested to change another standard room. By the time I need to clean up and use the toilet it was already 11 PM, I found out no Toilet paper and the toilet bowl still have stuck on the toilet bowl. I almost throw up seeing that. I called the security guy, and ask him to call the house keeping to clean it up, and get me some toilet paper. Need to wait another 10 minutes before anyone show up the door, and then he only brought up the toilet paper, and didnt know he needs to clean up the toilet bowl. Then he disappear again without any comment. Wait another 10 minutes I started to call again to ask someone to clean up, since I couldnt use the toilet, and this time a girl housekeeping woke up to answer my request and apologies deeply to me, and asked if I want to change room. It was around 12 PM now, I was driving 150km which was tiring and need to rest for a big day tmrw, I said NO to room change. I finally can use the toilet and happy to take a quick shower before bed. Now I discovered there was no Bath-mat on the floor, by that time I was too tired to complain and to ask for the Bathmat.
