Super Customer Service”
We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the W Hotel. I chose it because the view from the pool of the towers is amazing!! We also had a fab tower view from our room. The hotel were great at staying in touch before our stay and we received a warm welcome on arrival. As it was my friend’s birthday the hotel had placed a cake and balloons in our room - a lovely surprise!! We also use the spa which was very relaxing! The breakfast was amazing and used all locally sourced products, my friend was especially excited by the local, fresh cheese, which is very hard to find in KL!! Staff were able to let us know where we could buy this ourselves too! Overall an amazing stay, thank you!!

Had my most wonderful stay in KL. The staff are super friendly and super nice. They are very thoughtful and kind. The view was superb. Staffs are super friendly and thoughtful. The room is very very cozy and amazing. Services are the best. Can’t find any dissatisfaction to be honest. The service is real good. Definitely recommend to anyone! The facilities and views are really good and magnificent. Had my most amazing stay in KL. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Walking distance to KLCC shopping mall. Can view the whole KLCC in the room. Super great!

Hi for All W community,i want to share my review for my past experience staycation here,I think this is the best place to stay,since im guess from outside Kuala Lumpur, nice view near klcc and easy to going anywhere. Nice food have a variety of food and also nice staff will welcome you with a beautiful smile.Our journey will be amazing and high security to enter to our room for our safety. They will guide you anything do you want. Greeted with a smile throughout. Check in was a breeze. I must compliment the malay customer service executive (did not get her name) was so nice and welcoming. Best service so far in my constant stay in KL. She was prompt, polite and most importantly paid attention to detail to my request without me asking. The room was big and digitalized. Walking distance to KLCC. Hotel Car park was free and big. Only small issue that we had was the food during room service a bit salty however would definitely visit this hotel again.

Great view from our hotel room, we can see the twin towers from our room. What I love the most is the two queen beds that can accommodate us with two young children. Room are spacious and the staff are very friendly. Suria KLCC is just 8 minutes walk from our hotel, location is strategic. My children love this hotel and we sure will come back again.

Love to stay at W KL and most of the time i will spend my time at Wet Deck. Love the ambiance and the view was spectacular. Wet Deck staff very friendly and especially Azlan Wet Deck. Nothing to worry about if you stay here. Everything is in the hotel. A bar, a club, a spa and a jacuzzi ,everything is here. You can simply relax and enjoy the facilities all day. I am sure will come back to this hotel if I ever come to Kuala Lumpur again. Worth every dollar of your money.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay at W KL. Received a birthday surprise desserts from them as it was my wife’s birthday (just leave a note when booking and leave the rest to them). Everything was great except their pillow and bed was too soft for us. But overall, will definitely stay with W when we are back at KL.
